Wir waren über das Wochenende zum Skifahren in Zell am See, und haben im Hotel Lukas Mayr übernachtet. Der Empfang war sehr nett. Generell waren alle Mitarbeiter sehr nett. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto ins Skigebiet Zell am See. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt sehr zu empfehlen. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich eher etwas gehobeneres buchen.

Frühstück war in Ordnung, für jeden etwas dabei. Abendessen war in Buffetform, auch hier, es war in Ordnung. Habe aber definitiv schon wesentlich besser gegessen. Aber wie gesagt, für einen Kurzaufenthalt ok, für länger, würde ich auf ein anderes Hotel ausweichen.

Becken im Saunabereich leider etwas dreckig

Super freundliches Personal, das immer hilfreich war und auch bei einer Geburtstag Überraschung sofort tatkräftig geholfen hat. Tisch wurde dekoriert, Kuchen gab es mit Kerze zum Frühstück und nach dem Abendessen gab es auch noch aufs Haus einen Cocktail mit Fontäne. Kostenfreie Parkplätze hinter dem Haus mit Hilfe auch zu finden gewesen. Auf dem Zimmer gab es keinen Fön aber nach Rückfrage konnte man auch noch einen bekommen. Großes Buffet und reichhaltig mit festen Tisch über den gesamten Aufenthalt. Zimmer recht groß umd geräumig.

Getränke waren tendenziell etwas teuer mit 5.50 Euro für den halben Liter Saft und 10 Euro für den Liter beispielsweise.

Property was in an absolutely stunning location and central to Bruck. Traditionally decorated. Staff welcoming. View from balcony over the river Salzac was stunning. Room was very spacious for us as a family of 4. Breakfast was delicious.

No hot drinks facilities and the 2 cups that were in the room were plastic and cracked.

Problem with parking

The breakfast, the balcony, eventhough there were many guests and we arrived quite late, they helped find us free parking space. It's also pet friendly hotel.

The view from a balcony over a river, a church and the mountains was absolutely amazing. skibus stop just in front of the hotel. Very clean and cosy rooms

Price-quality was great combined with great service. We've Selected half pension and for a family ski holiday with friends it was a great location, close to Zell am See and Kaprun.

The breakfast and dinner buffets were truly great! Room was comfortable, there was a sauna and ski-garage to store your equipment. They were happy to store my luggage before check-in and after check-out. Ski-bus pick up and drop off right outside the hotel.

If you miss the ski-bus (beginning or end of day), the connections are not great (except from/to Zell City express (which is only 1 train stop ride).

Wellness area is a bit nineties style but spacious, clean and well maintained for no extra fee.

All the staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. Our room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were very tasty. The location is really good - the ski bus stop is opposite the hotel and the ski slopes are nearby. We really enjoyed our stay!

I travel a lot, to the sea, tourist goals and, especially, skiing. I stayed in 5-star and 4-star hotels...I left both positive and negative reviews according to how I felt treated. I arrived at LukasMayr ​​by accident, there I found an offer for the last hundred meters for Zell, Saalbach, Kaprun. And I want to say that it was the best choice. It was the first time I felt at home. The friendliness of the staff, the management, the large and clean rooms, the parking, the quietness of the settlement of 4000 people, their respect. As for the food, breakfast and dinner...impeccable. Maybe nowhere have I eaten better and more organized (each room had a reserved table). Congratulations to the family of owners, who work side by side with the employees and who gave me the impression that the LukasMayr ​​team is a family in itself. The ski bus leaves right in front of the hotel. Room for heating slippers. A hotel that this family rented in ruins and is trying to bring it to perfection. Nice and spacious room, amazing view, very friendly and helpful staff, clean and cozy. We booked half board (breakfast and dinner) but we got soup and snacks for lunch as well. We stayed at New Years Eve and were amazed by dinner- oysters, shrimps, steaks and etc.

Nothing to complain about

Location is good. The room interior is very nice and cozy.

The heating was on schedule. Pillows were very strange. Reception close at 21:00 so if you have any queries you have nobody to ask. Non German speaking customers are not very welcoming because everything is written in German only. Also we weren’t informed by the receptionist about the guest cards which provides guests with discounts for many activities in the area. We found out about it by chance. Also for the second type of guest card we were sent to the tourist office which was closed at the time of our checking and the following days as well. In their website there is no exact price about the Half board option, only £10 discounts is showed as information. For breakfast and dinner tables are marked with your room number, so everyday we were put on the same table which is not nice. We asked about having a dinner a la cart(because we didn’t pay half board) and we’ve been told that we can go after 19:30, because whoever pay for half board is with priority. We wanted to try the restaurant so one of the evenings we went there around 20:00 as we were told, but tables were marked with the room numbers again, so basically there’s no table for us.
