Le séjour était parfait. La qualité du personnel grace à leur disponibilité et leur adaptabilité irréprochables. Le Riad est très bien situé pour circuler à pied dans la Médina. De plus, Soufiane nous donne des conseils pour faire les meilleurs excursions. Les petits déjeuner, et les repas sont très bons. Et le petit plus, le thé sur la terrasse !

Comodas habitaciones en precioso Riad, con una cálida bienvenida y trato muy cercano. Soufiane estuvo pendiente de nosotros en todos momentos y fue un placer disfrutar de charlas con él en el comedor. Muchisimas gracias por todo amigos, hicisteis de nuestro viaje una delícia de viaje.

Il Riad è davvero bello, la stanza pulita e c’è davvero una attenzione nei dettagli per fare sentire gli ospiti a loro agio. È sicuramente uno dei migliori Riad in cui sia stato, anche se il prezzo soprattutto della cena è esagerato per quello che si spende a Fez. Ho apprezzato molto che ci abbiano preparato la cena alle 23.00 a causa del ritardo del nostro volo. La colazione è marocchina e molto abbondante. La cena anch’essa tipica (tajine e cous cous) ed è abbondante e buona. Sophiane è stato davvero gentile insieme a tutto il personale, che sono davvero molto attenti e disponibili ad ogni esigenza. Difficile trovare personale tanto scrupoloso. Altro aspetto positivo è la disponibilità di parcheggio pubblico per 20 dirham a notte a pochi passi dalla struttura.

Non metto 10 per invogliare a migliorare alcune piccole pecche già dette a Sophiane. La prima riguarda la stanza che era una matrimoniale deluxe e non una suite famigliare come previsto dalle foto della prenotazione . Come detto in loco, il pagamento è stato richiesto con carta di credito in dirham e non tramite Booking o EUR, questo ha aumentato il costo complessivo del soggiorno di una decina di euro. In ultimo ho trovato un po’ surreale richiedere il pagamento supplementare di due bottiglie di acqua dopo un soggiorno di 3 giorni in mezza pensione con quello che abbiamo speso. Nel complesso comunque molto bene!

Our host was excellent taking time to welcome us and help us with any questions to ensure that we got the best time out of our trip.

It is a bit confusing the page lists the hotel as having spa facilities which is doesn't have but rather there is a nearby spa you can go to for extra cost.

Nice and clean riad on the edge of the medina. Quiet neighborhood. A 10 minute walk to the lively souks of the fairytale city of Fès. What makes this riad so nice is the friendly, welcoming and helpful staff (Soufiane, Ayoub & Moniim!). At our request, the riad arranged the wonderful guide Mohammed Tokyo who showed us around Fès, a lunch, a driver for a day trip to Volubilis and Meknès, airport transfers,.... But the most memorable thing about our stay was the New Year party organized by Soufiane. Traditional Moroccan music, Moroccan tagines with mint tea and dancing, singing & drumming with the international company. An evening to never forget! Thank you to the whole team for making our vacation a beautiful memory. You guys are amazing!

Perfect stay in Fez! A stay like royalty. It is one of the most beautiful and luxurious riads in Fez. The best thing about the stay was the riad's manager + Soufianne. We were welcomed with mint tea and biscuits and then upgraded to their biggest room! The room was very ornately decorated and Soufianne had already ensured the heater was on before we entered (the room was at the perfect temperature). The riad is in the medina and hence all the points of interest are either a short walk or a quick taxi ride away. The dinner and breakfast were really delicious and the service was super prompt.

Place is located in perfect place, close to Medina of Fez. Staff is the best you could find. They arranged guide, night in Sahara desert, everything that you would like. Feels to be as at home. Dinner was arranged in short notice, very good breakfast. Soufiane - host has arranged every single step for us.

Lugar tranquilo. El personal era muy amable y pendientes de nosotros en todo momento. El desayuno fabuloso.

Poco aparcamiento por la zona.

Me encantó que nuestra habitación era enorme, con dos camas y un súper baño. Cada día hacían la habitación y cambiaban toallas y ropa de baño. Todo muy limpio. La ubicación es centro pero algo apartado del barullo lo que se agradece. El personal un encanto. Nos subieron un té cuando lo pedimos, servían un súper desayuno.. volveré.

Quizás podrías poner un secador en las habitaciones y algo de complemento, pero por decir algo.

La ubicación a las afueras para llegar con coche. El riad era muy bonito y bastante nuevo. Las tres últimas fotos son del Riad que reservamos.

Al llegar la primera noche tuvimos problemas porque nos ubicaron en otro riad al lado mucho más viejo y sucio porque este estaba completo y teníamos hecha la reserva desde hace tres meses. En esta habitación no funcionaban ni los interruptores ni los enchufes. Después de esa noche nos cambiaron al riad que habíamos reservado y ese estaba muy bien. El dueño no apareció en los 4 días que estuvimos y los empleados no hablaban español. Adjunto fotos del primer Riad y del segundo.

L'accueil de la responsable désagréable. Dès notre arrivée nous avons été déplacés vers un autre riad et beaucoup de petits choses à redire ( plus d'eau au frais, nappe déchirée, pas possible de régler en euros...) Bref on a fini par en rire ....

The Riad is on the whole a nice place to stay. The rooms are presentable and clean, but could be a tad more cleaner. The staff are semi-professional but make every effort to take care of the guests. Location is not in the busiest part of the Medina, but it has a busy area nearby with all amenities and the place itself is just inside the medina so no long treks to find it. The very busy area is a 20min walk through the medina. Their terrace is a nice place to relax. Breakfast was good and the service for it well done. Lastly Uthman is great. A smart person who will look after you. I recommend being generous with him (he always went the extra mile and never asked for anything)

As I said the place is on the whole a nice place to stay, but minor point, if they want to improve. Hot water was intermittent. This is an easy problem to solve.

The location is perfect, right outside of the medina and very quiet. The rooms were very clean, and the staff were very accommodating regarding different breakfast times.

i order a “deluxe double room” with flatscreen tv, but i got “downgraded” to a standard triple room with no tv and broken table, they did not put me in touch with the owner; a bit far away from the main parts & medina

Amazing location--easy entry and exit from the Medina to a road with taxis. Which is what you want. Unless you enjoy pulling suitcases through the narrow alleys. A very clean and well maintained Riad. The owner made us dinner and we ate on the upper balcony.

The rooms are rustic. But comfortable. And at these prices the value for money is incredible.

the owner/staff are quite helpful, I found them have great service comparing with their peer in Marrakesh, where people are tend to scam you constantly. They help arrange transportation and help solve issue when it occurs

The rooms were nice and meals were very nice and super friendly and helpful staff all the time. Walking distance to the amazing Médina markets.

There was quite an odor when you first get to the car park near the Riad which sometimes wafted to the Riad.
