This house was perfect for our extended family holiday vacation. With so many rooms, bunk beds, and roll away beds the sleeping configurations were endless. Communication with the manager was easy. 100% recommend.

Close walk to Disney. No issues with walking to the park. Quiet and nice place for young kids. Easy communication with owners and place was very clean.

The property is as good as advertised! It is not walking distance for little kids from the park but is less than a 5min drive. Having the private pool and large house makes it a wonderful break from the park.

House was absolutely perfect. Plenty of room for all 12 of us. Had planned on going out to dinner most nights, but decided to stay in because the kids didn’t want to leave the house. Loved the pool and hot tub. Would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend recommended

Myself, wife, and daughter were joined by my wife's entire family, 13 all together. The house was even better than the pictures showed which is a rarity when renting homes. The house was clean and had everything we could imagine, down to the pack and play for our daughter. They were accommodating to our last minute guest list change, and reached out periodically to ensure all our needs were met. I would absolutely rent here again. Don't miss out! The pool and Hot tub were awesome place to replace and allow the kids to play. The neighborhood is nice and there is a park within 5 minutes of walking.

Went to Disney for my parents 50th wedding anniversary. Property was perfect for 3 couples to stay comfortably, each with our own private bathroom. Way larger than we expected. Pool and hot tub were perfect in the afternoon after the parks. Property manager had great communication and extremely responsive to any questions we had. We will be back!

Home is clean, comfortable and well stocked. We really enjoyed the the pool and spa. Catching shuttle to Disney Land is only a few minutes drive. Back bedrooms are warmer that the rest of the home even with A/C, but floor fans are available. We would definitely stay at this home again. Fun family vacation!

I've been using Vrbo since it was HomeAway and have rented many homes which to the most part met my expectations. This home however exceeded my expectations in some areas. The first thing I noticed was that the home was exceptionally clean. It also had many amenities that made you feel like you were in your own home. The kitchen was well equipped with everything from cookware and dishware but what impressed me was that it had a decent amount of seasonings and they even provided some snacks like oatmeal and popcorn which was a nice touch. The bathrooms even provided some shampoo and soap if needed. The rooms were comfortable with plenty of pillows and covers. The back yard with the pool and spa was fantastic. There was a 10:00 PM curfew which was understandable since the home is located in a nice residential neighborhood. However this was not a problem since there was plenty of room inside the home for entertainment into later hours. The location is perfect if you are visiting Disney Land. It cost approximately $8.00 for an Uber to get to the park. It was also close enough to some nice beaches like Huntington and Laguna. Lastly I'd like to say that communication with the management team was the best I have ever had. They went above and beyond to make sure everything went as planned. They even found some items that were left behind and stayed in contact me with instructions on how to retrieve them. Thank you Tom, Kimberly, Tim and everyone else.

We had 8 adults and 5 kids between 6 and 2 I. Our party.. four families in all. This home had plenty of room for everyone with 4 bedrooms for adults, 2 rooms for kids and 3 full baths with a powder room. The 2 living rooms helped give everyone plenty of space! The pool and hot tub were an added bonus and was throughly enjoyed the our grandkids, especially after a busy day at the parks! They even had pool toys! The home is well stocked with towels and kitchen supplies.

We stayed here in May for our trip to Disneyland and had a great time. It was a very short drive to disney and was convenient and had everything we needed. As we were 3 families travelling together with 4 kids under 7 years old and 2 babies, it was a busy trip, but there was lots of space for all of us! The property managers were easy to communicate with and our trip went smoothly. It was nice that there were two living areas and the kids especially loved the games room. This is a great spot for families!

This review is not based on the actual property because we were not able to proceed with our original plans. My husband had a medical emergency a few days before and was advised by doctors to avoid travel. Nonetheless most of the group decided to proceed without my husband because the house was already paid for. However, news of the incoming blizzard and how our travel route would have us drive thru I-5 from San Francisco during the brunt of the storm caused us to reconsider. We tried to ask for a reschedule, not a refund. We were even flexible to reschedule when the property would have availability. We even would’ve been fine paying a bit more if rates were higher later on, we just did not want to lose out on $3800. Unfortunately, property manager would not offer a reschedule, just mentioned taking alternate routes or even flying. We did not want to risk anything especially traveling during this unprecedented blizzard with elderly and a 4 year old and 8 month old baby. Was never really given a clear explanation as to why a reschedule was not possible, except that the reservation was too close. We understood the monetary loss by the business by not having someone else to rent to with short notice. That is why we were not asking for a refund, just a simple reschedule, which was seen as an unreasonable request.

Overall the house was very nice. Pool was a little to cold and the hot tub was hard to keep heated

We booked this property for a few days for a Disney trip with several generations of family. The owners were very responsive to all our questions and provided lots of helpful details. The property itself was a fantastic layout which met all our needs. There was plenty of room and it was very clean and tidy. It took a while to work out how to use the pool and hot tub (mostly because we are not good with tech!) but being able to control them both with the app on the tablet in the kitchen was fantastic. It was only a short walk (20mins) to the Disney parks and we had a fabulous stay. I would definitely come back here again!

The owners communicated very well prior to arriving and were easy to get ahold of if we had a question. We were in Anaheim for a conference and it was easy to get to the convention center via walking or a quick uber. The house was super clean and I also appreciated the spices in the cupboard and few pantry items to make it easier. We were very happy with our stay. The hot tub and pool was a treat after a long day. If our conference comes to Anaheim again, I will look this place up before any other housing option. Thank you!

The house was lovely. It was spacious with a relaxing backyard. Didn't make use of Spa/Pool, but thought the heating app was pretty cool. We didn't use all the rooms. Plenty of parking for 4 cars. Met the manager, she was accommodating and nice. Had an inquiry during our stay which was answered promptly. Reasonable walk to the Convention Center.

Clear communication with property management. Plenty of bathrooms for our big family. Plenty of towels for showering and pool use. The extra toiletries in the bathroom are thoughtful. The cleaning list was minimal which makes the cleaning fee worth it.

We had a wonderful family holiday at this property with the pool and the hot tub. Its close proximity to Disneyland is a real bonus. I recommend this home for a family of 15.

Close to Disneyland and lots of bedrooms and bathrooms for the family to spread out! The transitions from different parts of the house were trippers/toe stubbers (ouch!), so whoever put in the new flooring really needed to mitigate that better. Pool and Hot tub was great! The program on the tablet that runs them didn't always work properly and was not always user friendly . You can either heat the pool OR the hot tub, but not at the same time and nothing is preheated when you check in so you have to wait awhile before using it. I just wanted to be on vacation. Always being aware of when one of us may use it, then having to turn the heater on 20 min+ ahead each time was extra stress that I didn't need. It should always be on at the correct/comfortable temp when people have a reservation, so when they arrive ALL is ready to be on vacation. We enjoyed this stay with our 10 member extended family!

The check in process was a breeze & communication with the managers was easy as well. The property looks like how it shows in the pictures for sure!! The area is very nice & close to a lot things you need & want. I would definitely recommend this property for rental. Good job on the furniture setup as well as the rooms.

All 10 of us enjoyed our stay at this property. There were more than enough beds for everyone and plenty of room to hang out, eat and lounge. It is so close to Disneyland and has many stores, places to eat/order close by. So convenient! The pool and spa were added bonuses that the kids used everyday after our long days at out. Would stay here again if we are in the area again. I highly recommend this property for large families.

We had a wonderful trip. We had 4 Moms and our daughters plus one for a dance competition. There was plenty room for all of us and the amenities were wonderful! We truly loved our stay!

This home was exactly as described (except there is not Keurig , just a regular coffee maker, which is better for large groups). We had 3 families with us and there was plenty of space for all of us. We new that there was no use of the pool after 10pm, but you can't use the game room/garage after 10pm as well. We did have some minor disruptions during our stay, but Kathy at the rental management company had amazing communication and was wonderful at making sure were had a great stay. We really appreciate her exceptional customer service.

I've rented this house for my business several times for 5-6 years now. If you like cooking and have a great time in the pool/Jacuzzi, that's the one for you. I've never rented a house that is well equipped in every way. No surprises here: it's perfect.

This property is perfect for large families! We had a graduation and two days at Disneyland with eight adults and a big golden retriever Seizure Support Dog for my niece. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. In the evenings, we really enjoyed the hot tub and pool after a long day. Plenty of towels, toys, things you need in a house to function comfortably. If we go to D-land again with this crowd, we’re staying here! Five stars!

This property was amazing and I would highly recommend to large families/friends that are travelling to Disneyland. Perfect location! The house was super big, and clean. We had a wonderful stay.
