The last time I had been in the area was 23 years ago so I was nervous out picking the right place to spend our Christmas vacation. . I wanted nothing to do with crowds and everything to do with relaxation, a beautiful beach and views. This condo exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect get-a-way for our family for Christmas. Luis from the Management company was very responsive and met all our needs and most of our requests. The view from every room was wonderful. The kitchen was fully stocked to make meals. Very family friendly area and we felt very safe with the friendly security staff always present. We ate at the restaurant on the property several times and never had a bad meal. We were very happy we stayed here. We hired a photographer and took family pictures on the property and beach and they turned out so nice. The grounds and pools are beautiful and well maintained.

This is all very trivial, and in no way affected our wonderful experience, but we got one bath towel and one beach towel per person. No extras, so if you want more towels pack them as I was unable to get extras per our request. The fan over the stove wasn’t working. Shower pressure a little low in two of the bedrooms, but since my kids didn’t tell me until after we left I never made a request with the management company.

The location was exactly what we wanted during today's Covid environment. Easy access to beach and pool areas and ample spaces to be away from crowds. I don't think I would stay here if I did not have a car though. This is a beautiful property with a gigantic pool and manicured landscaping. Staff members are friendly and helpful.

I gave this property a poor rating because the air conditioning for the living/dining/hallway/kitchen areas was not functioning at all. When we arrived we were surprised to see a mobile unit had been provided as a temporary fix. However, this "fix" was useless and the common areas were very hot and uncomfortable; so much so that we avoided them as much as possible. This should have been fully disclosed before we arrived to give us the opportunity to look for accommodations elsewhere. We would have never booked if we knew there was no air conditioning in a large portion of the property. We sent an email to management/owners over a week ago to include other minor issues but have not received a response. Sadly, because this is a beautiful property but our stay was not as comfortable as expected.
