Fabulous location on the bank of the Wisla river

A clean, comfortable hotel. The massage I booked was very good.

I asked to change rooms because the toilet didn't stop filling with water, there was no issue to do this. The pool/spa area doesn't open until 12pm so no chance of early morning gym or swim. The day of my visit the saunas and steam rooms were all switched off. I asked if they could be turned on and was told no not on the plan for today!

location, perhaps? but solely due to that I needed to be at the UA border, but all other hotels were sold out.

From the main road the hotel looks a bit anonymous. The surrounding area is a bit "industrial" and the hotel itself is located right next to a vehicle inspection station. The "backside" of the hotel is however beautiful as its sitting next to the Vistula river. The breakfast was a bit uneven, in the beginning there was a poor selection of foods and a lot of what was there was old/stale as the staff did not refresh it during the breakfast hours. But at the end of our stay it finally got better, both selection of food and that the staff made sure the food was fresh.

Breakfast was a bit of a hit and miss. Lackluster cleaning of rooms. The near surrounding of the hotel is quite unattractive. For what you get the hotel is overall somewhat overpriced. Might be better to visit during summer.

Facilities, especially the pool and hot tub and jacuzzi outside.

The food , the downstairs restaurant is bad , The chicken was hard and my ribs had way to much fat, no way for that price and no stores around and your not allowed to order from outside so bring your own food I guess. Ironically when the waiters said how was the food and we said what we didn't like she was like " meh ok " and walked away !? Amazing But the breakfast was great.

Good facilities, friendly service, fantastic spa (free), highly recommended.

When we came the receptionist told us the SPA is opened till 10pm. The sauna was already off at 9:35 for some unknown reason. So we came there and enjoyed it for some....2 min...

Service was fantastic and the facilities are brilliant.

The spa could open earlier but nevertheless was still great!
