The pool when it opened and the wether was appropriate. The cabin was a good size for the two of us. It was clean.

The freezer was frozen up and I had to defrost it before we could put some stuff in it. The fridge seals need to be replaced.

Location was to far out of the way for us but it was quiet

Rooms we clean and neat, the grounds were well maintained and the pool area was great

The roads could use a little work

Basic accomodation that does exactly hat it says on the label. We had somewhere comfortable to shower and sleep, and the kitchenette contained everything we needed to make breakfast before we left for the day's adventures. We didn't get the chance to try any of the faciltiies other than accomodation as we had other plans, but they looked like a lot of fun.

The weather was cold so we couldn't enjoy the verandah, which unfortuately was the only seating available. The heating in the cabin wasn't great, but it was fine with persistence and an extra layer.

Comfortable, clean accomodation. Children loved the jump pad & games room.

Power cut out twice when using the kettle, air conditioner and power outlets at the same time.

The location was good. Room facilities not bad, Easy to self check in after hours and the property was quite secure with PIN access for a boom gate.

It was a bit noisy but luckily had exceptional neighbours who were polite. Wasn't as clean as you might like and rooms could do with some maintenance.

We loved the room, heated spa, games room, jumping float, camp kitchen.

people attached on same verandah were so loud even just walking around on the verandah got home late up early with two kids it was a nightmare was hair in shower on tiles and saw a lot of German cockroaches running in my room. I’m h hoping none didn’t get into my luggage and I brought them home as I won’t be impressed and a pest exterminators account Will be sent to you

Adults were not impressed but our 2 year old enjoyed the jumping pillow

bedding mattress protectors stained blankets did not look clean window sills dirty lounges had not been cleaned under cushions or on the floor below them cockroach infested cabin utensils dirty in drawers bad water hammer in pipes parking for 2 vehicles not possible for us however many others had 2 plus work vehicles including trucks with bobcat in tray parked on road’s making it difficult and unsafe other cabins had 3 vehicles parked by cabins and spewing onto road would not stay at this park again as it seems to cater more for workers living away from home and some office staff not wanting to listen to my points re having 2 vehicles as this was a medical emergency and was not planned to have 2 vehicles there from the start

The location was lovely and looked very picturesque.

Not enough lighting at the entrance of the property ..so driving towards the accommodation was really dark at night time. The flags were barely visible.

It was reasonably quiet

There isn't enough coffee and tea left in the room.

was not happy with the safety of the bathroom, majority of tiles in front of the shower were u stable and one was completely lose cause if my sun to fall getting out of the shower, was too late to tell reception as it was 7pm

Reception team wasn’t welcoming at all they careless about their guests and also they are racists

Good location not too far out of the way

We were given a different cabin to what we requested. The cabin we had was the deluxe 2 bedroom pool villa right next to the entrance and pool it very very noisy, cars coming and going all night plus to add to that noise the pool has fountains that run 24/7 and we’re extremely loud especially through the night. I went and mentioned it to staff the next day and said it was a different cabin and very noisy and ask if they head earplugs and they just referred be to go buy some at a pharmacy. Also in this cabin there are skylights above the normal windows which have no covers which let light in all day and night plus when cars came and went the lights would shine straight in. Would not stay there again based on all of this.

the staff were lovely and the pool area and game room is amazing and to top it off the pool deluxe villa was just beautiful

Pool was really great and refreshing

BBQ had not been cleaned from previous use.
