The large area, the top floor, big dining, and kitchen, BBQ facilities outside the house

There was no toothpaste or brush in the toilet but the lady offered to buy it for us, another thing is there was no AC in the bedroom but temperature was ok unless two people in the same room

Nice quiet location, spacious living dining area and comfortable deck. We enjoyed cooking outside at the bbq. Staff who greeted us was very friendly and helpful and answered quickly to our requests so all credit goes to him :) Two bedrooms had shower and toilet and the bath looking onto the garden was 24 hour heated and super relaxing.

10 min walk from Saka lift very far from Hakuba center and no shuttle bus. to avoid if you don’t have car staff proposal to pick up to supermarket but no reliability for meeting time Main room is very cold even if heating at maximum level (ice inside the room closed to the window due to poor isolation) Poor cleaning level (spider web)

Highly recommend. Plenty of room and space for 2 families. Every bedroom has its private toilet and shower. Kitchen was well equipped with large cooking area, large size oven and fridge, so we cooked every night. Beds were comfy. Livingroom had air conditioning, bedrooms didn't but evenings were so cool even during this time of year so we slept with the windows open and it was perfect. Very quiet area with a lot of green. Our dog totally loved the area. Caretakers were super friendly and would get right to you when we needed help. We stayed for 10 days and the place started to feel like home.
