Location is perfect: literally around 150 meters from the beach, from the pedestrian streets and coastline promenade. The apartment is on the 9th floor: 3 elevators nearby, fantastic sunrises and the sea view! Enormous, huge pool just an elevator ride down from the apartment. Pool has both deep and shallow (for small kids) areas, it is very clean, and there is a lifeguard all the time. The apartment is equipped with everything you may desire: dishwasher (including tablets), washing mashine (including detergent), beachtowels, beach parasol, beach toys for kids, all possible equipment in the kitchen (we found everything we wanted to find). Comfortable beds. Extra towels and bed linen if needed. Fully equipped bathroom (including soap, schampoo, conditioner). Fantastic, friendly, helpful hosts! They could always provide advice and help if needed. You can rely on these fantastic people. We come back gladly to this place!!! Moreover, the apartment has an interesting detail: what was previously a balcony is now very nicely integrated into the apartment. This gives huge windows with panoramic views, parts of windows which open even below, close to the ground (there are protection bars, don’t worry 😊). You can admire the coast and smell the sea from your sofa-bed😊👍 There is a small supermarket (with limited choice, but still very helpful) just outside the main entrance to the building. And a somewhat bigger, with more variety just one small street down. You can check on GoogleMaps. Some of the excursion busses can collect you on the main street, on a bus stop besides a hotel Princessa Solaris which is just around 150 m from the apartment to the other side. Check with the activity arranger if they can collect you there. Then you do not have to walk all the way to the meeting point in the center. Very comfortable to be collected near your home!

Beautiful flat very close to beach. Place was extremely clean and had everything needed for a pleasant stay. Mar (host) met us at property and explained all the details. She was a joy to work with. Highly recommend.

Great apartment. Extremely clean and an exceptional view over the beach and sea. Staff was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed.

Nothing real to complain about. We visited when it was fairly cold so the heating had to do a bit of work to keep up.

The apartment was spotless with alot of extra touches eg water, milk, fruit and condiments supplied. Mar and her family were so accommodating and helpful. She even offered to drop us to the airport. The location was excellent and so close to the beach and the restaurants. Thoroughly enjoyed our holiday.

The only fault I had was we had no outside space or somewhere to sit out. Would have liked if there was a balcony and the outdoor pool was open even if the sunbeds were available. There was a grass area but no seats. I know it was off season but we were led to believe the pool was open all year. Otherwise everything was perfect.

It was a little tricky for me as I do not have a messaging device and I do not speak Spanish. However the appartment owner was exceptionaly helpful when she used her phone for translating for me.
