We have just returned from a lovely 9 night stay at this property in May 2022. We are a family with 2 children aged 6 and this was the perfect accommodation to meet our needs. The house was so spacious, spotlessly clean and had a great range of appliances which helped to make it a home from home. The grounds were beautiful and our children loved playing in the pool - the bigger pool was heated which was great for this time of year, the sangria was lovely at the bar. Carvoeiro is a very special place which was made even better by having great accommodation. We were a short walk downhill to the beautiful beaches and restaurants. There was also excellent restaurants and live music in the square outside the house and we had some lovely nights on the roof terrace watching the world go by. We have already booked for next year, thanks from the Love family.

The lay out of the apartment was good. It was very clean. Location and local facilities was spot on.

There wasnt much we didnt like about the place.

Overall, great value for money, close to amenities, good bar/restaurants within the resort...great pool which my children absolutely LOVED

I didn’t like that it can be tricky to find apartment...so as a tip use ‘Monte Carvoeiro/Tiffany’s pub when in a taxi. Last but not least, disappointingly, a very rude senior member of staff (I’m assuming he is staff) decided to contact me via text asking me to respect the wishes of who we assumed were the owners??? Long story short, I had asked for an extra bed thinking that the 2 beds would not be adequate for myself and children. However, it was indeed very much ok so as I was out, and the very lovely Eugenia came over to fix one of our lights in the bathroom, my sister politely asked if there was no charge for the bed. It appeared Eugenia was fine with this...and we assumed all was fine. I later received a very disrespectful message asking me to respect the rules and that it was stated at the time of the booking that whether I used it or not, I would have to pay (bearing in mind this is not stated anywhere!) and the tone of the message was quite disheartening- which almost spoilt the vibe for myself and family. With this, I would strongly advise that you ask as many questions as possible via booking. com so all is documented. I will sadly have to make a formal complaint about this to booking.com

Good location. Close to beach and restaurants and small shops. Nice area. Entertainment every night down by the beach. Nice view and nice apartement with everything you need. Two bathrooms, one with bathtub. A small, but nice pool free to use by the apartment.

We were a familiy with two adults and two kids and we expericed that the water in the shower got could a couple of times when all of us were showering at the same time.
