O local é muito bom, espaçoso e bem bonito, ótimo para quem esta viajando de carro com a família e precisa de um lugar para passar vários dias. Chuveiro e coma muito bons, sala e cozinha espaçosas e com vários itens uteis. O atendimento foi muito bom, achamos um ótimo custo benefício.

Achamos que falta tomada em pontos estratégicos da casa, as acomodações é um pouco antiga, mas nada que incomode, no geral gostamos bastante do local. É um pouco longe do centro, mas se está viajando de carro isso não é um problema.

Localização

The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome straight away. The easy to access site was very clean and well kept. It was easy to get taxis to nearby locations and the staff were incredibly helpful in telling us about the local area. The apartment itself was clean and tidy with useful amenities such as an iron, cooking essentials and a TV with many channels. The room service also made the beds and provided clean towels everyday which was great. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. We stayed for 3 nights but would definitely stay for longer next time!

葡萄牙旅行最后一天，本来选择这家只是过渡一晚，第二天一早就返西班牙了。没想到却是在葡萄牙住得最舒服自在的一晚！民宿位于一片别墅区内，停车免费。客房独门独户，却拥有最完善齐全的家用设施，超级大的厨房不光配有炉灶、烤箱、咖啡机，还有榨汁机、洗衣机，太方便了，房价还很便宜，很想再多住几天，无奈行程不能更改，若有机会再来，一定会再次选择这里

What an incredible villa for a perfect getaway from your stressful daily lifestyle and enjoy relaxing and reconnecting with friends and family. The staff was very accommodating and understanding. Expect comfort, big divisions and nice pool outside area.

The only recommendation I have is the size of the fridge.

-No tenia tomas de corriente en el cuarto de baño. -No tenía luz exterior para llegar al apartamento por la noche; se precisa linterna y no se avisa en la reserva. -No dispone de tv en el dormitorio. -Poca agua caliente. Se acababa muy rápido con solo una ducha (y eso q se publicita para 4 personas) -Se publicita para cuatro adultos y no es realmente así, dado que el sofá-cama es pequeño y las otras dos camas eran pequeñas. La cama extra, no la pude pedir dado que era carísima (30€/noche) -las escaleras para subir al apartamento eran peligrosas (mal diseñadas) y sin iluminar.

Die Anlage bzw. unser Appartement befand sich in sehr ruhiger Lage, schöne Außenanlagen/Garten, großes Appartement. Alles sehr sauber. Wider Erwarten war das Duschen in der Badewanne ganz gut.

Equipment beim Pool sollte renoviert/getauscht werden. Einrichtung des Appartements ist schon älter und etwas hellhörig. WLAN zum Teil nicht so gut.

Top appartement, alles aanwezig en met mooie tuin.

Quiet location very close to the beach, villa resort, free shuttle to Praia do Carneiro, daily cleaning (although not necessary every day).

Although Villa 416 looks impressive, it is outdated, specially the kitchen and toilets. Some kitchen appliances need to be replaced since they are rusted or bad smelling (microwave, washing machine). Master bedroom shower drain smells terrible after use, air conditioning devices are very noisy, doors (rooms and toilets) do not close properly or are damaged. Above main door there is a dried bird nest which could be removed. The worst, unfortunately, a stolen garment left at departing and NOT found after a few days!? …although we called the same day. We know it was left at the property. Pity for the hotel cleaning staff, a warning for future people staying there. It had a sentimental value, which will not be replaced, therefore a bad review for the customer service and management.

The continental breakfast satisfied the whole family daily - it was fresh and well presented. A machine was available during breakfast for tea/coffee to help yourself. The apartment was comfortable and well located within the complex with easy access to the pool and bar. Plenty of sun beds to accommodate all guests and the whole family enjoyed the pool table and table tennis, which was available at our leisure. The cleaners cleaned the apartment daily and provided plenty of fresh towels. The two balconies of the apartment were a bonus and books were readily available in the apartment, which was great as I had forgotten to pack a book! The free shuttle bus was handy for us to find our bearings for the first couple of days but if the times weren't convenient as the holiday went on, it was easy to pick up a cheap Uber to get into Carvoeiro or locations nearby. Hired a car from reception for a few days and the process was easy. We loved exploring the area and there was free parking in the complex. The staff at Colina da Lapa were accommodating and were extremely helpful prior to, and throughout our stay, organising our airport transfers for example. We loved Colina da Lapa and would love to return to stay in a villa next time. We felt very safe. It has a couple of lovely restaurants within walking distance but it was not difficult to travel a short distance to Carvoeiro if you wanted more of the busyness and entertainment. The Slide and Splash water park was very convenient and we had an excellent day. It was perfect for us as a family; suitable for all ages. Would recommend.

There is nothing that we did not like. However, the pool could do with some extra care to get it back to its best, such as repairing missing tiles to be as well presented as possible. Colina da lapa is a quiet resort ideal for families. It would have been nice to maybe have a singer for a couple of hours to have a drink and relax early evening but that might not suit everyone and the type of quiet resort this is. If you're expecting mini discos and the like, then this is not the place for you.

we were there for afronation! so obvs location wasnt ideal, but we booked the accomodations quite late! still pretty cute place, very calm and quiet! our room may have been one of the old ones, didnt look super modern, but it was clean and exactly like the pictures shown. You can book transport to tourist activities and to the airport going back as well, may come a bit pricyyy though depending on the which season of the year you go.

Breakfast could have been better. however those smoothies were fantastic in the morning

Wonderful pool and great restaurant

The apartment was well equipped and clean. The rooms are really big and comes with a common swimming pool.

The furnitures were old and the location is a little far from city Center .

The setting and the privacy of the Villa is super. Having a private hot-tub and pool made it a very enjoyable week also. I think the Villas are more than satisfactory inside and the beds are very comfy.

The pool had a leak, not necessarily avoidable but it just put a small downer on the week. The hot tub controls were also broken and it along with the pool was quite dirty when we arrived. Having been in the same location 1.5 years earlier it was clear there hadn't been much maintenance since 2021. Overall I would recommend staying here, we just felt this time if was not on the same level as in 2021.

The rooms are exceptionally spacious with all kitchen needs.

The pool is small for such a massive complex. The restaurant allows people to get drunk out of their heads next to kids. It’s out of place from all places unless you have Uber you wont be able to travel easily

The swimingpool and garden of the house

Most of the electricity in the house was not working. In the kitchen, dishwasher not working and not possible to connect microwave or coffemaker, we had to toast bread in the living room. In the livingroom there are two TV´s and there was no electricity for any of them. In the rooms, some lamps were working some not. When we asked reception to solve it they told us that they could only do it the day after. They came to the house when we were out of our place and they said they solved it, however, they did not solve anything. It seems based on comments from people there that they have experienced this problem before. When escalating to the manager he mentioned it was our fault for using too many sockets, when in fact we didn't connect anything!! We are very dissapointed with the services and the treatment for a four star resort. On top of these issues some neigbours had very loud party till 07:00-08:00 am. It does not seem a family place, more a party place with not much customer focus.

Apartment was large and there was a pool. Most of the staff were kind but not exactly helpful or proactive.

Room stunk like rotting metal, there were ants, the aircon was broken and they didn’t fix it or offer me a new room. The apartment wasn’t fully clean including dirt, hair around the apartment. The phone didn’t work, the doors got caught on the floor so were really hard to open. When I checked in, the guy was on the phone the whole time, so explained nothing to me - just circled on a map where to go and sent me off.
