It was a big condo. Everything was nice! The only complaint i had was the cleanliness. It definitely needs a deep clean but overall wasnt horrible!

What a great place for vacation. The condo and resort were both well maintained and everything you could ask for at an oceanfront condo.
Pool and beach convenience are the All-Stars of this property. Two large pools and a short boardwalk to the beach are only steps from the building. There are plenty of elevators (no waiting), pool chairs, and beach chairs to accommodate the building. Take your time setting up and enjoy both the pools and ocean.
The condo is also 5 minutes or less to all the food, dessert, and entertainment you would want. We loved our week in the Fort Walton area.

We enjoyed our stay. Balcony overlooked the pool and had a great view of the beach. There was plenty of room for our two families. The bunk bed room was a hit with the kids. Location was great. We were walking distance from some good food and activities. Destin was a short drive away. We would stay here again. When choosing a place on the beach, be sure to get out there early to get a good spot.

My entire family spent the week together and we had an amazing time. Weather was perfect! The condo was exactly as advertised and worked out great for all of us.

The property was absolutely gorgeous and very clean we had a few issues with the room but they were fixed immediately. The only complaint we had is there isn’t a sprayer for the kitchen sink so it was very difficult to clean it out. But other than that it was great!

We had such a great time! The condo was perfect and our host was the best! Thank you for a great location. Great condo arrangement and your hospitality! Stewby’s across the street was excellent. Downstairs parking worked great but our host made sure we had alternate parking if needed for our church van. Very thoughtful. Can’t say enough good things.

The property was everything advertised. The condo worked out so well for our family of 8. The views from the balcony are fantastic! Being on the second floor and having the pool right below us was a plus as the grandchildren could swim and we could watch them from the balcony. Having the extra beach chairs and toys was an unexpected surprise! We enjoyed our week there, taking in the Gulfarium, Wild Willies Adventure Land, fishing on the pier, and many great restaurants all within walking distance, and a few days of beach/pool fun and sun! We all said we would definitely come back again!

We loved our stay at Azure 212! It is actually our second stay in 3 years and it never disappoints. Amazing location and love the second floor parking so we did not have to mess with elevators for loading and unloading. Property manager stopped by just to check on our stay while we were there! Amazing service and attention to detail. Cannot wait to return.

The condo is just as described, wi try great views of the gulf and even watched dolphins in the mornings while enjoying coffee. Access to the beach is easy and effortless which was nice with small children. The pool area is well maintained and very clean, the one on the left looking at the ocean is heated which made it nice!! The condo itself has most cooking utensils needed as well as several stocked items to get your week started. Would certainly stay here again and enjoyed the hospitality and Azure facility as a whole!!

Great location in the condo, however a little outdated. The living room furniture is not desirable to sit on and the back king bed by the front door, you both roll to the middle. However.....Queen bunks were great to have and lots of room! A nice room that overlooks the pool with a great balcony equipped with everything you need. I would book it again :)

Wonderful stay. The condo was perfect for our group of 8. It’s clean and had everything we needed. It needs a little TLC, but this is expected w vacation rentals. Great location. Restaurant’s and activities within walking distance. The condo is right above the pool which was great for us because we could watch our kids. My only “need” would be the bunk room needs a chest of drawers. We love this condo, and will be back! We were there for Gulf Coast World Series of baseball, and this was only 10 minutes from fields. Memories made !

My family had a great time at Azure 212. There was plenty of space for kids, grandparents, and the baby. Even though we had everyone under one "roof", we didn't feel crowded. The property managers were helpful and accommodating in their communication and scheduling of maintenance to fit around our requests.

The location of the pool, view and distance to the ocean, layout, cleanliness, and hosts were all spot on! We usually stay at Isle of Palms, but for ease of access to both ocean and pool, grocery store, family thought put into beds etc, and family atmosphere; this was a better experience:) We will be back again this time of year!

We enjoyed this condo very much. Perfect location. The views from the balcony were perfect for sunrise and sunset. The rooms were well equipped for the amount of people we had and the extra chairs and play things for the beach were greatly appreciated.

The condo was perfect for my family which now consists of all adult children with spouses. It is challenging to find good sleeping arrangements for all adult fam’s but 212 was perfect. Clean, spacious, beautiful view in a quiet setting. Will definitely come back!

This condo was as advertised! Condo was very clean on arrival and the 2nd floor balcony view was great. Azure is great bc the pool and beach area are close together and great for kids to go to each one with a very short walk in between. We will def be staying here again!

Vaca 2022
Our families have stayed at multiple condos over the past several years. Azure 212 was the worst we have stayed in. The units cleanliness was the worst we have ever experienced. The floors were dirty. Base boards dusty with hair on them. Hair in the beds & sheets severally wrinkled upon our arrival. There was trash & a scrutchy under one of the beds. Master bedroom knob fell off. XX’s marked on the living area walls (couch wall). Mold on all the air condition vents & in surrounding area of the ceiling. Mold in the master shower. Dusty in the ceiling fans.
This place was DISGUSTING!!
We will not be back to this condo unit or property.

The condo would of been perfect if it was clean.
Someone needs to monitor the cleaning crew. Bathrooms had past guest hair in sinks and tub. Mold in master shower, drawers in kitchen nasty. Rug and coffee table filthy in living room. There was even food under the couch and loveseat visual from just standing there looking at it. My daughter and I had to do a thorough cleaning before we felt comfortable. Door frames and around the doorhandles need a good cleaning also.

Azure 212
Your staff was very responsive to improve the few issues that came up during
our stay. One thing we see lacking is a dresser for the second bedroom, and
a small chest of drawers in the bunk room. The only place for guests to put cloths away in is a small nightstand and one closet. It is difficult to live out of a suitcase for a one or two week stay. We enjoyed spending our winter
in this unit. Thank you for your attentiveness making our stay memorable.

LOVED this place!
We have stayed on Okaloosa Island many times & this has been our favorite place yet. Accomodations were wonderful. Loved that the pool was right below us, so we could sit on balcony and watch our older kids play in pool. The kitchen was one of the most fully stocked kitchens we have seen in a condo. There were 8 of us --2 adults & 6 children ages 11-16 -- and there was plenty enough room for everyone comfortably. We will definitely stay here again!

Our overall experience was great! We had amazing weather, the condo was kid friendly and just as advertised! David was easy to get in touch with when I had questions beforehand and also after we left when my husband couldn’t find his car key. Thanks for a great vacation!

Amazing Family Vacation Spot!
This condo was perfect for us! We had 2 families and a grandparent but there was plenty of room. Cannot beat the location and the beach is so close which is crucial for small children. Splash pad was a huge plus as well. We have already booked our trip for next summer!

Family Getaway
The condo is in a great location on the second floor. It is convenient to parking, elevators and beach pool entrance. The unit was just as pictured. The beds were very comfortable. Thank you for a nice family trip.

Great trip
Our stay here was great. Perfect location to the beach and pools. Being on the second floor was also a plus because we didn’t have to wait for the elevator to go to and from the parking garage. You can walk across the breezeway out to the top deck. This condo had plenty of storage and the room sizes were great. The bunk room was larger than it appeared in photos and the kids loved it. The list of recommendations for restaurants and activities that was included by the owner was a great resource to have.

21st Birthday Celebration
We had 2 rentals on the 2nd F for a 21st Bday celebration - 16 total with kids & adults. This is a great location - walking distance to the pier and many bars/restaurants. Rooms were as shown, everything was clean, and the kitchen included all the necessary items to cook for a group. Some of the appliances need to be replaced, but other than that we would recommend this location! We rented jet ski's and a pontoon boat one afternoon and went to Crab Island; and part of our group went deep sea fishing another day. Lots of other activities within walking distance - mini golf, go-karts, etc. Great vacation!

Fun week
We booked this property for us and our friends to kick off our wedding! We are familiar with Azure as our family owns a condo here, but we wanted a place to stay with our closest friends and this did the job! It was beautifully decorated, we were more than pleased. Any concerns we had were addressed in a timely manner. Thanks for letting us stay!

Perfect location and view. Perfect resort location. There were a few things that could have been improved upon. The appliances are very low end including the refrigerator that had a broken drawer. The deck had a pile of junk in the corner and the deck itself was not clean. The beds were very uncomfortable and there were no dressers in all the bedrooms to put clothes away.
