Tania is a warm and kind person and she was waiting for us at the location, when we arrived in La Spezia. The apartment had everything we needed, from cutlery to new appliances and spacious rooms. There were a lot of maps and local guides, as well as books and magazines. The apartment is right next to the harbour and very close to many restaurants and grocery shops. At all times, Tania was available if we needed help and she was punctual for our check-in and check-out; she even helped us get a taxi at a lower price. We recommend Tania's place without hesitation!

Everything was more than expected. Really nothing to complain about.

The apartment was everything you could ask for and it had a warm italian feel. It was very comfortable, clean and great size with room to move. The location was excellent with the supermarket only a 5 minute walk and a 15 minute walk into the centre of town. We also took a wonderful stroll after dinner along the boat harbour a must as the sun sets. There is a bus stop only a 2 minute walk which will takes you to the main train station so you can visit the wonderful Cinque Terre. Don't forget to purchase your bus ticket from the local store out the front of the bus stop otherwise you will not be able to board the bus. The host was fantastic she was very welcoming and made our stay very relaxing. If you are looking forward a great apartment then look no further than sea life you won't be disappointed.

The hot water in the shower kept going hot then cold, but not a big issue.
