The location primarily, the lounge/kitchen was more than adequate as was the bedroom. The building also had a lift which is an added bonus.

Unfortunately there was some exterior renovation going on outside so there was no access to the balcony and the shower, despite the host’s best effort never provided much hot water. I was only there for two nights so a tepid shower wasn’t too much of a hardship.

right next to the train station! having a washer was a plus, host was very kind, fairly spacious. the location is optimal for catching an early train, and also very close to the center! there is an elevator as well. host was flexible with check in :)

There was some commotion outside the night we were there (people fighting)….not the host’s fault of course, and not a huge deal, but being out at night would maybe worry me a little.

Excellent location by train station, perfect for two night stay. Lived sitting on the balcony, sunsets to die for@ not only train spotting from here but also air traffic so plenty of action yet still quiet at night. Comfortable bed, having a washing machine was a welcome bonus.

Interesting human activity around train station however we always felt safe.

Just steps away from the train station. Walking distance from all the major attractions in Parma.

1. The location, it’s less than 100 steps from the train station and a short 15 minute walk to town centre. 2. The apartment is very clean, cozy and very comfortable, and it has nice coffee and tea for a lovely night in the apartment away from the cold :) 3. The check in and out was smooth; we did not have to wait at all. Apartment Verdiano is definitly a perfect place to stay at when you visit Parma!
