Kein W-LAN :( zumindest lag keine Broschüre im Zimmer, mit einem Passwort. Man hätte nochmal extra fragen müssen, ob es W-Lan gibt.

dat er geen sleutel is voor de entree , we moesten op vraag van de host voor een bepaald uur binnen zijn dat viel behoorlijk tegen. mijn vriendin was pissed want ze wou Parijs tot diep in de nacht onveilig maken.

Arrived late but was greeted at the gate, was asked if I wanted refreshments, very polite.. Room was nice, bed was really comfy

Very clean room in an ideal location to Disneyland Paris. The bed was super comfy and had good facilities. The boat was super friendly and easy to talk to.

Not very well sign posted outside the house.

Check in at 6pm for that price? Must take your shoes off! Felt more like a guest walking on egg shells.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time staying ...host very kind supportive understanding helpful caring they treat you as family. Excellent place very accessible back and forth to the CDG FRANCE 🇫🇷 Airport, 10mins by car from DISNEYLAND PARIS highly recommended...hoping come back again in FRANCE 🇫🇷 and stay again this place very nice very clean good for relaxation.... everything was fantastic

This is the 2nd time ive stayed here. Its a great location for disney and a very nice property. Erik is very welcoming and has lots of helpful information about the surrounding area.

A great place if you're visiting Disneyland - it's close by. I was unfortunately there for work, but the location was convenient for me too. Quiet area, there is parking in the courtyard. Friendly responsive hosts.

it’s like home

Stay at Eric’s house was wonderful! As mentioned in other reviews, this is not normal hostel or separated apartment but if you keep this in mind and you are fine to live with his family and other tourists in house, it’s definitely worth the price and very nice play to stay! Super close to Disneyland, very cheap, Eric was very helpful and attentative and really makes you feel like home. Room was small but with very comfy bed, clean and new so absolutely sufficient. The house is huge and nice as well. Thank you Eric for everything!

We do not mind to share bathroom and toilet but this also should be kept in mind as there is only one on the floor where all bedrooms are located. Only minus is the absence of own keys from the house so you have to keep in touch with Eric via messages in order him to open you but he was also available so we didn’t have any problem to get in whenever we wanted. I can’t really say that we didn’t like this things but I am listing here in order to let other possible visitors know how does it work :)

Eric is a lovely host, we had everything we needed and the room was perfect! Eric was super flexible to accomodate to our late arrival time.

If you’re wanting to stay out super late (after midnight) this might not be the place for you, as poor Eric has to stay awake to open the door for you.

This is the worst accommodation I have ever experienced in France. The host lack of integrity. This host wants to get this lodging fee for nothing, we were only 10 minutes behind the scheduled check-in time, but the host threatened us that we would not be allowed to check in because we were late, so we almost had no place to stay. Finally, we had to begged him hard to let us in. The sheets were disgusting and smelled bad and my skin was itchy after waking up I don't care about the money, what I care about is the integrity of a person, this host is embarrassing the French.

Very nice and comfortable house at which you rent one of the rooms, bathroom is close to your room.

This was my first experience to stay not at a separate appartment, but at one of the rooms in the house where owners live with their children next room to you. In fact it was unexpected - obviously I didn't read the description of the "appartment" properly. You should keep absolute silence starting from 10 p.m. as the owners with small children live next room to you.

In general, everything works fine for me. The house was beautiful. I loved my room so much, it was very comforting and relaxing which made my stay extra special. Tiring but restful vacation. The house was so clean and I can say that it's well maintained. Eric was so warm and accommodating and he even prepared teas and coffee + bread for me. The location is ideal esp if you wish to spend some days in Disneyland. Thank you, Eric & family! I hope to come back soon.

Incredibly friendly host, offered help with everything and was really kind.

It was a bit hard to find as there is no house number in the address... We had to call the host (who tried to call us before, but we were at work)... Bathroom was very small, but it had what you need (shower, sink and toilet).

I stayed at this accommodation for going to disney. The house was so clean and the location was so good. Owner is really friendly and nice person. If I have a chance I definitely want to stay again!

we wanted the place near outlet, and we get it. second, the bed in the room was good

we did not get the properties as it descrabed in the site: we found bathroom and toulet are in the public corridor to share with 7 people, add to us!! we found the frigider is public too, full of goods and some smell we could not stay with. we did not get nothing for breakfast. The owner spoke to us super unpleasand, made himself he doesnt see any problem with all this disputes with the description we based when ordered the place. this is not hotel appartment, it is kind of hostal. as we check in about 7 PM, we had stay at least one night before we found another place.
