Great location beach front, close to all you need. The pool was great and overall nice place to stay.

The deck chairs near the pool bar area need some pool umbrellas, and side tables.

The tiles around pool need to be made No slip they are very slippery make sure no running and always wear shoes

Very very noisey, loud music all hours, people playing tennis from late at night till 6am. And fireworks every night for hours on end. There was a private function with a days notice therefore we couldn’t access the pool areas that afternoon into the night

Outdoor spaces are great! Love the pool & gardens. Great access to the beach

Rooms are dated. There was an animal in our bedroom roof. It was fairly big and tried to get through the roof into the room. Despite 3x calls to reception, it did take them 20mins to come and investigate.

Location was good.

Too old and outdated. Hasn't been updated since it opened. The towels are old and faded, furniture old, facilities very worn. Some of it was our fault as we thought it would be good to take our 3 year old, but it was just too busy and not relaxing. We spend a bit of time in our room with days naps and rests for our son and we really didn't want to spend any time in the room as it wasn't pleasant.

Our rooms, very outdated. We asked for interconnecting rooms and didn’t get this. We were told our room where next to each other, which they weren’t and were told they could change this. This made it a bit stressful with two young kids. Plus didn’t like the location of the rooms where they put us in.

The pool was great. The foam party & live band was really good fun.

The tiles surrounding the pool were very slippery and dangerous. The reception staff were not very friendly, other staff were nice. The breakfast was very average in quality.

Standard buffet, great location, 10 steps from the beach, peaceful resort when you walk around. Staff ripped us off - gave us standard room when we paid for deluxe. Standard room was mouldy. No way we were staying in there - had to argue to get the deluxe room we paid for (see photo)

Bad reception staff. Tried to book a taxi via hotel back to the airport and they gave a price, then changed it to more once we agreed to the first price. Lots more wrong with this place, just don’t recommend. You should spend a little more for a better resort like the Seminyak Resort which we will try next time. No flat screen TV, no safety box, telephone didn’t work, dirty bathroom, gym is rusty and run down, and more

room very run down, need a lot of room maintenance, my son got electrocuted by the faulty electrical equipment in our room, and showers n rooms need a refresh, we got kicked out the pool at 6pm whilst many families still swimming n enjoying the sunsets so they could chlorinate the pools, this should be done after midnight when everyone’s gone to bed, and music in pool area a bit too loud, also government restoration of main beach wall goes all day and night with grinders, and banging.

They didn’t pick us up from airport even though we had booked. no safety deposit box. we were on the ground floor and the door to outside was not secure. you could just pull open door from outside. Told staff but nothing was done about it. Room was dark and dingy.

We wanted to be near the beach, so the location was good.

During my month in Bali I've stayed in quite a few different places, all very nice except this hotel, where I, unfortunately, spent my last three nights before going home. How is it possible that this hotel pretends to be 4 *! It was probably beautiful in the 70 s, but now it is very old and run down. The bathroom, although cleaned daily, smelled really bad and everything in there needs to be redone. The walls in the bedroom, terrace, and bathroom had stains. The chairs on the balcony are so old and worn that we put towels on them to sit on, but we didn't stay long as there were many ants. When we checked in, they gave us a room overlooking the parking, I asked for another room and the lady at reception kindly changed us to another room. At least the view was nicer. This hotel charged three times the amount than some of the other places where we stayed and that were much nicer. It feels like a rip-off.
