our family stayed in the C5 two room apartment and very much enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend this property. The staff are all very friendly and help. The rooms and beds were serviced daily. The location to the beach and Canggu restaurants were right out the front door.

The location was outstanding. You're in the heart of Canggu. At the end of the driveway is a fun Mexican restaurant. Cross the street for a delicious breakfast at Milk and Madu. And walk five minutes to get to the beach - check out Skool restaurant above the Lawn beach club for some truly outstanding fare (book ahead or grab a (hot!) seat at the chef's counter). The room itself has a beautiful sense of space and light. The design is beautiful - the wood, the finishings, and the fabrics make it light, open, airy, and relaxing. Neat little kitchen with water provided. The pool looked lovely, but we didn't get a chance to go for a dip there. While we were worried after receiving a message from the property alerting us to ongoing renovations at the property, this ended up being a non-issue; we were not disturbed by any constructions sounds. It was the perfect little weekend getaway.
We're used to sleeping on a queen or king size bed. But the bed here was a standard double. While we were OK with it for a couple of nights, it would have been less than ideal for a longer stay. The sheets and pillows were soft and comfy, but extra pillows would be a bonus. There was no TV in our room. Again, this was fine for a short getaway, but for a longer stretch it might be bothersome.

The property is not situated on the main street so it might be a little bit tricky to find at first. You just have to walk a bit down the lane and there is it: a beautiful apartment stay with a private apartment for each guest. They cleaned every day and the AC worked well. Nice pressure of the shower.

Amazing and quite location in the Center of Batu Bolong. A lot of cafes and resto around. Well maintained pool area. Comfortable rooms and clean design.
If you stay in front of pool and hotel hosts some guests with children you can’t hide from noise. Wi-Fi must be better.

Staff were brilliant. very friendly and willing to assist with anything. Apartment was very cool and comfortable. Good A/C and fans. The kitchenette was well appointed and has most things you’d need. A microwave would be a good addition. Comfortable bedding and a very good bathroom. Nice but small balcony. Lovely private pool. The location is really good, as it’s close to beaches, restaurants, nightlife, and an easy walk from apartments if you don’t have a bike. Very quiet even though it’s close to everything.
Can be noisy if you have people staying above you. Needs to have a TV which would be good to watch when it’s raining.

Great location in Canggu, amenities and facilities all of high standard, and friendly staff. The pool is great as well if you want to escape the busyness of the beach!

Location, close to the beach and great restaurants. The pool area and grounds were calm and relaxing, green and lush. The staff were friendly and approachable. Loved the overall value for money and would definitely stay again.
The mattresses and pillows were a little thin and uncomfortable. Outside the window was the ugly side of the property so you couldn't open the window or blinds. Although it had cooler water, i would have preferred bottled water in the room to be available each day.

The property was in a great location shops cafés restaurants and short stroll to beach. Quiet spot… nice pool
Unfortunately the bed was terrible and pillows like rocks to sleep on. I have definitely had better accommodation with comfy beds in Bali. There were no air cons in the main living area in the two bedroom apartment it became very stuffy at times especially whilst cooking or just hanging out with friends and family that were staying with us also. Only relief was the bedroom with air con.

The apartment was big and well appointed in a great location (Apart from the fact Canggu is difficult to get anywhere other then your exact street).
The pool area was nice and quite.

No bar or restaurant facilities but it is surrounded by them so no worry!

When going through booking the price went up once we had confirmed and the staff weren't willing to help.

Great location. This was our first time experiencing Canggu, the apartments were super relaxing and tucked away from the busy streets but not too far that we could go exploring.
The pool light fittings were hanging out of the sockets, pretty dangerous for curios toddlers but other than that everything was great.

loved our stay here, so much that we rebooked for the end of our trip (we had 1 month travelling around Bali in-between)
the staff were so lovely and accommodating, they even remembered us when we came back 1 month later!
the apartments were very spacious and extremely clean! the pool was amazing and very clean as well!
we had a very late flight home and they allowed us to use the pool facilities/towels/bathroom as well as stored our bags for hours after check out!
very happy and would 100% stay here again!
no breakfast included but that didn’t matter as we just bought some bread and eggs and made it ourselves in the apartments kitchen! (saved a bunch of money!)

The apartment was so clean and comfortable. The staff were so courteous, friendly and helpful. The pool area was so clean and I loved spending time there. The location was great to get to the local area, beach, cafes and restaurants, also good for tour collections. I would definitely stay here again and recommend others to stay here as well.

The furniture was functional and sleek. The whole apartment is spacious and comfortable. Feels like home and i could stay a month. Pool area feels like an oasis.

The apartment complex has a lovely pool area, the room and kitchen area is very spacious with a comfy bed, we were able to check in easily after a late flight, and the location is great - lots of excellent cafes and bars around and only a short walk down to the beach.
The first room we were given was very mouldy, with mould blowing out of the air conditioning unit. However, the staff allowed us to move to another room when we raised this as an issue and the second room was great.

Very nice apartment, the pool is very nice and the location is perfect in Canggu.
The air conditioner was very strong, they were few stains on the floor despite cleaning and the towel are not changed if you don’t ask.
