The room was very clean, bathroom was spacious and had both a bath and a shower.

The hotel is located a fair bit further from town than I thought from the description and the way to downtown is quite unpleasant (constantly avoiding motorbikes, puddles, trash,…) so we mostly took taxis to/from town. There was warm water in the shower, but only after running it for good 10 minutes, which feels wasteful and is time consuming. If you need a transport to Da Nang, I recommend arranging it elsewhere, as the hotel transfer was 30% more expensive than in town.

The staffs were very helpful and very accommodative. They made extra sure of our comfort. We were particularly and extremely happy with the staffs here, for their initiatives.

The weather was not in our favour. The distance towards the night market, but would had been wonderful if the weather was good.

They advertise as having a gym but the treadmill didn’t work and the bike didn’t look much better although I didn’t try it.

Very clean and beautiful furniture and bathroom, nice rooms with pool view. All in all very clean place and extremely kind and helpful staff. The hotel is located outside of the main area but they offer free bicycles so it's just a 10 min trip to the center.

-Water in the shower was cold and they couldn't fix the problem unfortunately -they didn't offer breakfast, which was fine for us because Rosie's café is not far if you take the motorbike and we loved our breakfasts and brunches there

Gorgeous boutique hotel overlooking the rice paddies. Staff was really friendly, and the room was just as it's in the pictures. Would definitely recommend for a quiet weekend getaway in Hoi An :)

Clean, staff great, girl on reception amazing, lovley,kind,helpful, pool was great, bed super comfortable.

Breakfast was poor, asian, all,meat, im veggie, so two fried eggs coffee, advertise a gym not true, shed with a running machine, our room was faulty, shower didn't work, half the lighting in room was broken, after some time was offered a family room with some reluctance, for same price after threatening to walk out , we spent two days looking for the light switch to turn lights on,on balcony, after all the hassle of unpacking, repacking to move rooms, did not want to seem picky. but last day did ask,only to find light switch was on next doors balconey, that was accessed through another room, how ridiculous, the free bikes were badly maintained, i crashed and fell off when the brakes completely failed, bumped and bruised but could have been much worse, if you offer free bikes, you should maintain them do they are safe on the road.

- The staff is so friendly, especially the guy wearing glasses at the reception desk. He is so helpful and kind. He even waited us to say goodbye when we left. - The location is good. It only took us 5 minutes to reach the ancient town. Free bikes are available.

- The buffet for breakfast was too poor. We got up at 8:00AM and there weren’t many choices left. - The bathroom should be cleaner. - The swimming pool is a bit slippery.

The hotel provides the guests with bikes without charge. There is a bike path leading straight to downtown and the ride is beautiful (around 10 min). The staff was very kind and attentive, even allowing us to check in earlier. We did not use the pool but it was spacious and looked very clean. The room is spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped, the AC works well, and the balcony overlooks the beautiful rice fields. The breakfast was simple but tasty. Mainly Vietnamese options to choose from.

We often experienced not having water. However, instantly after telling the staff, it would miraculously work again. The first time it happened, I did not think about it too much, but afterwards, I felt like they were trying to save on the electricity cost by turning off the water pump. We do understand that the hotel was pretty empty and the electricity is very expensive, but it is still not acceptable.

the Hoi An Field is a very nice venue. Staffs are very nice, swimming pool is lovely, rooms are clean and fairely decorated. We will come back for our next trip to Hoi An. The hotel is located near all facilities with a bicycle (provided at the hotel). Close to the told town, close to the beach (with a ride throw rice paddy field)...

The first contact was great as the receptionists were expecting us and directed us to our room, taking into consideration the special requests we had submitted. They rented a bike on our behalf which made our commute so much easier. The room is spacious, and has a lot of natural light. The bathroom is exceptional with brass taps and deco, pebbles, bath, shower, space around the sink for our personal toiletry. The pool looks like a little oasis, surrounded by banana trees, vibrant parrot flowers and more. The bed is large and very comfortable but what surprised us the most was the first morning smell of frangipani trees surrounding the property. The property is well located, around a mere 10-minute drive to the old town, the beach, the river/canals where lots of entertainment goes on. But overlooking the rice fields means we had the most peaceful sleep ever. Thank you all for your courtesy and attention to detail.

Beautiful rooms! The bed was one of the more comfortable we found in all of Vietnam. We loved the staff- especially Hue and Bao. The pool was gorgeous and we had a nightly swim and a beer! We did not get food here but the spread looked amazing and the coffee was very good. Bikes are a must in Hoi An and we basically cycled everywhere. Thanks for a great stay!!

The gym was a disappointment as it was not air conditioned, meaning it was an unusable 36C box. Would have appreciated better Wi-Fi as it did not work on any of our devices for the latter half of the trip.

Nice place, great employees, owner very top and very customer-oriented. Everything was perfect looking forward to come back.

The owner, a lady sitting on her chair telling customers they can’t check in early while her hotel is nearly empty (Covid19 period) The AC in the room too weak Restaurant area is really not attractive Wont blame the hotel staff for the very limited options of food/drinks coz of Covid 19 constraints, but honestly the food&beverage in this hotel is really far from what u’d expect.

The outside pool area of the hotel is really nice and the views over the rice fields/pool were amazing. The guy on reception was incredibly helpful, helped with all our questions and alwaya made sure we were taken care of. The hotel is set in a quiet location, however its only a cheap grab away from town/beach. There is free bicycle hire so it's nice to cycle around the area. The rooms were lovely and clean, the hotel has happy hour with (strong) cocktails and the food we had during the day was good value for money and tasty. We had a very relaxing stay and would definirely recommend!

This place is amazing! A nice and quiet little oasis with very comfortable and luxurious rooms which we found to be impeccably clean, overlooking their lovely spacious courtyard with gorgeous mature gardens and our favourite pool so far after 4 months in SE Asia. Staff are all very professional and accommodating, and they will go above and beyond to ensure that your stay is great. The lady who checked us in was very informative and provided us with a lot of useful information about the area, and also helped us sort out our onwards travel plans. The location is perfect - a short bike ride from Hoi An old town as well as An Bang beach, in a nice quiet location opposite some rice fields and away from the chaos. Breakfast was great with lots of variety. Free bicycles was a really handy bonus and made our stay perfect. We fully enjoyed our stay here.

What a beautiful space to stay! The staff were incredible - friendly, helpful and so kind! We stayed here over my birthday, on the night the staff welcomed us in, the gave me a cake and also sang happy birthday. So special! Everything is so clean and comfortable, with daily house keeping. Great location, with bicycles available, a gym and a spa area. I would definitely recommend it!

The staff are fantastic and do EVERYTHING to make us feel welcome and comfortable! They are reliable and very friendly! We absolutely had the most amazing time and even extended our visit because we loved it so much. The hotel is a bit far out but easy to go to town by bike or motorcycle. Thank you soooo much!

Some construction work disturb the restaurant. few time power failures and WiFi failures as well. But they will have back up power soon.
