Direct access to the beach with fantastic views of the hazards - you might have it to yourself as well which is so special. Dolphin Beach House is so comfortable and you will feel right at home. Would definitely recommend and would love to return.

very charming beach house with character, located on a beautiful beach with a great view, very close to Wineglass bay and Bay of Fires, only 2 h away from Hobart! We had a fantastic time. highly recommended

Quiet and private with close proximity to the beach. House was in generally good order with plenty of books and toys for the kids.

The place was generally clean, all the basics like bedding, towels, and facilities were completely fine. There are some areas for improvement that could make this property great such as updating cooking utensils and replacing the bbq (unusable) which are essential for the remoteness of the property, and the outdoor areas are disheveled and don’t match the beauty of the location.

It was right on the beach with plenty of books, dvds, outdoor toys to keep us occupied. Comfortable beds, clean. thank you for a great stay

Stunning views looking across to to the Hazards at Coles Bay. Very private and relaxing and lots of room. Only 2 adults travelling,but would be fine for a family as it has a great mezzanine level with bean bags and separate lounge area. Great little private spots! Great star gazing on the deck LOVED the place

We arrived at 4pm, so the sun was setting on a lovely sunny winters day, to a cold winters night. The house was quite cold and we had to wait for the heat pump to warm up the place( a few hours) I was a bit disapointed We had to clean the fire out( lots of ash build up) and then reset and bring in some more wood, no fire starters left in pack. The other FYI is for those sleeping down stairs take some hot water bottles as it was very cold as no electric blankets. Once you get The heating going up stairs was very cosy! These are just trivial things and and FYI for travellers form warm states that may be unprepared for our cold winter nights ( without electric blankets)

The big ceramic water filter needs cleaning full of ants but there was filtered water on the kitchen sink so it wasn’t an issue
