The hotel is located in the northern parts of Ubud, eg there‘s no easy way to get into the main area of the city without using a Gojek driver. The staff was absolutely great. Thanks for everything.

An upgrade to the room without any windows would’ve been great if there were any rooms with twin beds available.

The first night there was some noise on the roof, but nothing serious, there was really nothing I didn't like.

The room, the pool, friendly staff and wide area of the garden

It was very nice, place was full in nature. From out side my room I was only able to see green garden and jungle beyond that. Pool is fabulous. Rooms are good. You can find lots of photography spots in garden. Food is good.

This place is 1.8 km from Ubud center, so main market and restaurants are far, but you can get shops nearby. For bike rental you might need to struggle. Food is good, but for vegetarian there are only limited options. And breakfast starts at 8 am.

The receptionist was friendly.

The room had no window. Bathroom was old and moldy and smelly. They didn’t change the dirty towels that I left on the floor from the morning. They were fold and put it back on the bed . Luckily , I checked and asked for a new replacement. Pool closes at 7pm , I personally think it’s too early.

The staff very unhelpful. Also, the manager. We arrived dreaming to have a nice shower but for our surprise the bath was full of hairs and muck, honestly, disgusting. We had to hold the shower because it doesn’t have where to hang it. The Deluxe Double Suite is denominated like that just because is a big room nothing else. The hotel has big gardens and has a beautiful pool but doesn’t have a welcoming feeling. I wouldn’t call it as a Resort & Spa but, more as a 2 star hotel. We booked this hotel for 4 night but, we stayed for 1 night and cancel the others but they did not gave us our money back even with our complaints and disappointment. Don’t waste your time going there, so many better and cheaper places out there.

the property is located in a not so busy area of Ubud. Staff was friendly and helped us with transport from airport at a fair price (500K). The massages were good and also at a fair price (200 to 600K depending on duration and type). Pool was clean.

we stayed in a suite, which was placed in what the called the “Classic” area of the resort, which actually meant “old” part of the resort. The building was placed in a corner of the grounds and the access to our room was through and alley backdoor that really killed the whole suite vibe. The location of the room also made the wifi reception horrible, we had to sit on the floor next to the window to get any signal. The room is big, maybe too big for the little amount of furniture. The bathroom was quite bad, it really needs renovation. The bath was full of limescale deposits and the shower head for whatever reason was hanging in the middle of the bathroom wall and not above the bath. They really need to improve this bit. You would definitely be better off with a normal room in the newer part of the property.

Room. I was offered non-window , non-balcony room. They don't have enough staff to cater all guests. One staff member for each dept. Kitchen- 1, Restaurant Service- 1, House Keeping-1 , Reception- 1 (house keeping boy manages the reception). Also the same person cleans the room, property outdoors, swimming pool. Very few staff ( Only 4 person manages whole property). Free breakfast- limited breakfast - only 1 item to choose from available few options and 1- drink. You have to ask for fruits, otherwise they don't offer you. Ala-carte available. No buffet for breakfast.

property has lot of green and open space. Resort is big while they have only few rooms. so guests are limited and you don’t feel like you are in crowd.

The pool and views were very nice. The room size was great. Close to local amenities etc.

The evening meal time ended far too early. We stayed here on Nypie day, we had lunch around 1pm and then tried to have our evening meal at 7pm, but the restaurant was closed. We asked if they had any food and they said no.

Free upgrade to better/larger room

The hotel location is a bit far from Ubud center (main market/attractions) so you will need transportation unless you want to walk 2.6 km (one way to Ubud). The footpath condition are not that good for walking (it's narrow and has many sewage opening/ something blocking your path along the way etc.)

We had few floating breakfast experiences in the pool. It's a must to try. Amazing and relaxing

The resort was beautiful, much larger grounds than we expected! The restaurant served tasty, well priced food. The pool was very nice, it was kept clean and was a great size. The room we had was great, the beds were very comfy, the air con was cold and the wifi worked perfectly, plus the mini fridge and complementary bottles of water were great!

The only negative I can really think of was the shower wasn't very powerful and took a long time to heat up, so we always had cold showers, not a deal breaker in the heat though!
