Small scale resort, really nice staff in the center of Ubud.

The breakfast was not good, you have to order in advance with a choice from 4 (a bit weird) options, thery were handwritten on a paper but the same for both days.

Nice little hotel in lush greenery. Amazing view with great privacy.

The bathroom condition can be improved.

Me encantó todo!! La vista desde la primera planta al jardín con la piscina y los arrozales en el fondo. La mujer que cada mañana encendía los inciensos que hacía un ambiente increíble. La piscina limpia, elegante, moderna, con hamacas... Y cómo mucho había una pareja más aparte de nosotros. La ubicación del hotel en pleno centro de Ubud, pero escondido en un callejón tranquilo. El equipo de la recepción siempre simpático, con ganas de ayudarte y resolver tus problemas!! Genial 👌

No digo que sea una desventaja.... Pero si un día pueden servir los desayunos, ya será lo más. No obstante, cerca del hotel hay unos buenos lugares para comer ( Warung Gauri, Lazy Cats, Rococó Warung)

Jardín increíble, piscina muy muy agradable, habitación muy tranquila, bonita y expaciosa. Esta muy bien ubicado y alejado a su vez del ruido. Desayuno bueno. Buenos restaurantes cerca . El personal es muy amable y agradable

Beautiful hidden gem of a hotel, hidden away in a quiet area but very close to all the action.

personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De locatie was top: centrum op loopafstand en veel eetgelegenheden in de buurt. Prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is uitstekend en daarom zeker een verblijf waard!

Not clean enough, they don’t have enough tower

This hotel is located in the heart of Ubud but in a very quiet corner. From the room you can see the rice field. The pool at the hotel is a bonus. If you prefer a luxury but affordable hotel in the middle of Ubud, this hotel is a great choice. It's very quiet. However as soon as you walk out of the main street, you get all the restaurants, massages, laundry...at your finger tip. Very convenient! The room is very new. Good size. I love the little seating area in front of the room.

The staff was very kind and very helpful. Rooms are nicely furnished with great Balinese taste and the garden is very well maintained. Laundry available just next door at a good price is also very convenient. Lots of restaurants available in the neighborhood.

Location is good, reaching the main street in 5 minutes, hotel is only accessible by foot or scooter. Bed is comfortable and they do the cleaning every day. Pool area seems great but it was raining during our stay so not chance to enjoy.

It needs some renovation...the bath has not ventilation so the humid smell is heavy when you enter, also the room walls have humidity and they would need to be renew. They have a bar but it seems they don't offer any breakfast as you can see in Booking.com pictures. Anyway it is Ubud so you can get good food everywhere just 2 min walking :) I would choose another hotel in Ubud for the same price.

Everything! The location, the beautiful garden and pool, bedroom was very comfy, spotless! The staff was always helpful and kind. We easily rented a scooter with them. Be aware that the hotel is a bit hidden from the main street (which is great!) and accessed throughout an alley by foot or scooter.

Staff were really helpful and were able to book taxis for me. They can also offer to book day tours. Room is cleaned everyday and free bottled water included in price. Breakfast is available if ordered the day before. Fresh towel is brought to you when you use swimming pool. Towels in bedroom are replenished every day. Very friendly and relaxed place and exceptionally clean Swimming pool is fantastic and the location is very quiet, despite it being really close to main road through Ubud. Easy access to restaurants, temples and markets.

I loved everything about the Runik.

Small hotel with currently 4 rooms and some more under construction (but not annoying as it is on the other side of the facility). You have to walk the last few meters to the hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Runik- perfect location (great Wahrung/Coffee places around), very helpful staff and a laundry service next door. We stayed as 3 couples and as the unit only has 4 rooms it felt as if we had the property to ourselves. Our friends described the bed as the most comfortable one on this trip and we made great memories practicing Yoga at the pool. Outside area is fantastic and very big for the fact that you can walk anywhere in Ubud from the Runik.

The bathroom is semi open and got very hot/humid throughout the day through the sun shining on its roof and further requires a deep clean (its okay but the property would be a 10 if the bathroom could be updated/cleaned and closed off with ventilator for example). There were stains on the bedding, while it seemed clean the bedding would benefit from cleaning these

Very laidback and beautiful place with only four apartments. Super quiet - you won‘t hear any street noises. Pool is perfect and Wayan is very helpful and making your stay perfect. Scooter rental and transport. Extended 3 additional nights + came back after Uluwatu for another 5 nights. Upper rooms offer better view. Very clean but please change the old toilet seat ;)

Worked from here: Internet is generally good but has problems with VPN (for business) and initial connection. Once you are connected it works with some interruptions. Pictures are old, there is a house in the back of the garden - so you don‘t see the rice fields. That wasn‘t a problem for us. Typical Bali problem: towels smelly ;)

privacy and general neighbourhood peacefulness

the location very close to central Ubud and the surrounding were great. it was a very nice pool as well. big room with space for clothes if you’re staying for several days.

they have a very nice little bar/kitchen by the pool but no set it would be very nice if they could serve breakfast ( a lot of restaurants near by so it was still easy to find nice breakfast)

Great small hotel, located 2 min away from the main street in Ubud. Even though is located centrally, it is very quiet and relaxing. The room and bathroom were big and clean. Around the hotel you can find supermarkets, restaurants or SPAs. They also ofer day trips at good prices. The hotel garden is very nice and the pool is big and well mainteined. For breakfast you have some predefine dishes that you have to choose in advance, all of the chooses were very tasty.

the location was good walking distance to food and nearby areas. Room was very nice.

There is no direct way to get there by car, a bit confusing at first but I would have to walk to a Main Street and order a cab from there.
