Up to the restaurant.. haven't sleep much.the food was disappointing... not quality and 9 pm was almost no option. No food left. The breakfast disappointing too .. the hotel very clean. All day smell domestos..

Extremely good for a 4star hotel. Very clean and modern decor. Great facilities available within the hotel complex.

The fridge didn't work and there was no kettle for having a hot drink in the room.

we book breakfast and dinner but dinner time they say we don't provide any water or drink with dinner you have to buy the water or drink they should mansion when we book the hotel we paid for the evening meal and meal should include atleast water if not soft drink plus very limited choice this is called 4 star hotel not even 3 star verity of dinner and breakfast breakfast every single day same no change I have been to other 4 star hotels in marrakech and Agadir but this is the worst one

The receptionist lied, did not help and tried to extort as much money as possible from us.

very nice stay in Marrakech and honest to say exceeded my expectations, because I booked two weeks ago from London another hotel but there was an A/C faulty on arrival and 40 degrees couldn't stay without A/C than I was lucky to find this hotel nearby and everything was amazing excellent A/C.

Due to fly cancellation we arrived 12h later to hotel ( manage to book next fly) in and unfortunately our room wasn't ready. so we had to wait two hours at the reception for the other guest to vacant the room, even if I sent the email and I did let the hotel know that we will checking in next day in the morning instead of 10pm previous day. So it wasn't a good experience to start with but the rest of our visit was very good. No coffee option in the room or even no kettle provided

the swimming pool area is very sunny and they could provide parasol for the guest , they don’t have any .

the property was very clean and had great facilities, it is in a very good location we were able to go to places quite easily, the staff were very nice, they always made sure we were good and comfortable, if there was ever a problem with a facility, which rarely happened they fixed it asap. honestly a great hotel for the price.

Noisiest room I have ever had in my life. Woke up every few hours at night. Overall the hotel was okay and pool area was also fine but there wasn’t possibility to sleep normally.

Hopefully you can deal with the noises, because it came inside of the hotel.

the property was super clean - the staff cleaned every day and helped with everything you needed. also there is a pool, spa and sauna in one place, which is great! The staff was very kind and helpful.

the breakfast was a bit expensive - 80 dirhams, and I don’t think it was worth it. In overall, all the extra charges were a bit too high - it’s better to go for food somewhere outside.
