Easy access from airport and to beaches. Great pools available. 2 suggestions maybe provide a drying rack for swimsuits and much much better bed pillows. Very flat. May want to do a little bug spray in kitchen. Had a few ants. But we LOVED it very much.

We had a family of six adults and one 15 month old. It was a little tight for all of us, but not too bad. The place was a few steps from the pool and about a 7 minute walk to the ocean. There were several shops/restaurants within walking distance. I gave a four star vs a five star due to the lack of incidentals. One roll of paper towels was annoying and very little seasoning options. I understand that people need to provide their own stuff, but a little more supplies goes a long way in customer satisfaction and a good overall feeling experience. In a nutshell, we enjoyed our five day stay and would consider staying here again.

Great condo stocked with everything you’d need for the week! Boogie boards, beach chairs!!! Loved the amount of space to allow everyone to spread out.

Overall, we had a good experience here. The directions, check in process and communication were great. We enjoyed that we had access to beach chairs, an umbrella, snorkel gear and beach toys. We liked the convenience of the washer and dryer. Overall the unit was clean. The sheets , pillow cases and bed coverings were clean which is important to us. The only mild complaints we can come up with are: we had to shower 5 people and would run out of hot water even when trying to go fast, there were a lot of ants (and we try to be clean). We stayed in the Q building, and even though it is located toward the back of the complex and you have to drive over lots of speed bumps to get to your parking I liked the location and its proximity to the parking and how easy it was to get in and out of the building

This property was in a beautiful area next to the pool. Fit 5 adults and 3 children with no problem. Five minute walking distance to the beach and about 10-minutes to some local stores. Only issues we had was the spotty wifi and saw two roaches in the room (cable tv in the main room kept giving us loading errors.) Other than this we would highly recommend staying at this venue

This property did have a much needed washer and dryer that wasn’t mentioned in the amenities. All the items needed to bake a frozen pizza to make kiddos happy after a long day of adventure. Very comfortable beds and nice clean space. I would book again.

The unit was nice and clean. Had a great trip! The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and has basics (salt, pepper, oil, etc,) which is very helpful. There were a few beach towels available (someone must have left them behind) and a boogie board too. The unit has 2 coolers that you can use to take down to the beach, which is only a 3 minute walk away. This unit backs onto the pool and has ground level access which was super convenient. Once we spent the day at the beach, we would come back to the unit for lunch and spend the rest of the day at the pool/hot tub. Stayed here with 7 people (2 people x 2 double beds, 2 people x 1 queen bed, 1 person x fold out couch (double, not amazingly comfortable, but what fold out couch is. Good enough for 4 days!). Would definitely stay here again.

This property is beautifully decorated with a nice beach feel. Had some beach toys, chairs, boogie boards and snorkel gear to use which is great! Ground floor is great for young family, close to pool & the kids played on the grassed area lots. Would have liked a few more dish towels and dish clothes. A wagon would be great to haul kids and toys to the beach. Only a few minor things to address, some minor maintenance could be done by the owner. The door on the laundry closet, fridge door needs alignment, livingroom screen door pops off if not careful when opening and the towel bar in main bath needs better anchors to the wall (it came off the 1st day so we left it off). We did have 2 cockroaches in the unit...ground floor so we knew this could happen. The first one we killed but the second-2” long sent our 25 year old son onto a chair as it scurried into the owners closet...sorry about that 😏�. We would rent again, Thank you!

Lovely apartment! 6 adults and two toddlers were very comfortable. Great location close to pool and easy walk to beach. Appreciated having beach chairs, towels, snorkelling gear, coolers and sand toys to use.

This condo was exactly as described. The beds are comfy, decor is new and fresh. No view (I knew this when I rented) but close proximity to the pool. There were many beach accessories to borrow. We rented as a two bedroom (adjoining room) but the entry code was set for the adjoining room. I sent a message but did not hear back - no big deal as we could still access the units. Overall, great place to stay in Kihei.

We had a great time! The unit was clean, overall well-stocked (kitchen, laundry, bathrooms). Beds were comfortable. Nice upgrades in the kitchen and bathrooms. Parking was ample and close by. The only glitch was during check in. We got 2 units that were interconnected because we needed a 2 bedroom condo. We did not know this at the time. The info we got was unit “Q109”, so we tried to use the keypad on the Q109 door but could not get in. We called the office, and the man was very helpful and patient. Eventually, we figured out that we should try the “Q109 A” door, which was right next door, and finally got in. Apart from that, everything was excellent!!!

Mostly a great stay but we were very disgusted to find 4-5 cockroaches during our stay. One was found in one of the beds.

This has been the best place we have stayed at so far in Maui. It was well stocked and clean. The staff was absolutely great and friendly. We will be staying here again! Thank you for everything!!!

We really liked the units and the area was so amazing. Easy to get around. Loved the beach and pool both being so close. we did have some trouble with the AC units, they fixed right away the first time. Next time took a few days and then it stopped again at.the end of our stay. I think its typical. The amenities in the unit are really well stocked. we.used the pool BBQ areas everal times as well. The grounds are.well maintained and there are.lots of gray area to just be by yourself if you dont want to be at the pool. Very relaxing and fun stay. The pull out bed is very, very soft and doesnt support a back. Could use a new mattress on there. All other beds are great.

Our family of six adults spent the Christmas holiday 2018 in this beautiful condo. It really was a lovely place to call home for a week. We arrived close to midnight on our first night and check in was a breeze. The condo is beautiful and just as the pictures depict. The kitchen is well stocked with all the cooking essentials. We had a little maintenance issue the first night and called the after hours number to report it. They had someone there to take care of things the next day without any worries. I will add that the seating area in the family room is small with only one sofa to sit on. Mostly because I have a couple of bodies who would nap and were sofa hogs, but that's my problem. However, we were resilient and used the chairs around the table to accommodate. It was not a huge problem because, hey, you are in Hawaii and shouldn't be in front of the television anyway! We loved the location of the condo on the property. It is close to one of the pools, which was a huge plus for my hot tub going group. It was a short walk to a lovely beach where we spent a good amount of time. Our kids are all in their 20's and loved the Kihei vibe. The condo has almost everything you would need for a relaxing vacation. There were beach chairs on the back porch as well as a beach blanket. We made good use of those. They are so generous to provide a bin full of snorkel gear for guest use, and the closest beach had great snorkeling where we saw turtles and a sting ray! There were plenty of beach towels for all of us. They also provide a couple of coolers which made packing a lunch for the beach so efficient. We seriously explored the entire island and being able to pack everything in our car and go was so amazing. On our past Maui stays we stuck mainly to the Kaanapali side of the isle and this time decided to branch out a bit and try something different. We were not disappointed and upon quizzing our kids their preference, Kihei and this condo won hands down! We will definitely be back!

We loved the location not having to deal with elevators nice to be hidden behind trees for privacy. Loved the color scheme and great appliances . The only problem we encountered at all was our unit was to sleep 8 and there was 7 of us . Perfect setup for some individual privacy , but the pull out couch was awful to sleep on so mentioned they need new mattress or something as a daughter had to sleep on the floor not to have a bad back the whole time. I am sure after this request this will be remedied. Thanks for the great two weeks.

We stayed here for part work and part play. Everything was great and it was set up very well for 2 families to share.

The condo was perfect for us. It had all the necessities required for us to cook our meals there. It was great having beach chairs & all kinds of different sizes of coolers to take to the beach. The beds were SOOOO comfy. Beds can make it or break it. We all slept sooo great. We were super close to the pool which was very handy. People vacationing there & people working there were all super friendly. Our 2 weeks stay was perfect. We really hope to return back some day. Hawaii has always been on my bucket list. What a place to explore. Maui was just absolutely beautiful!!! I would HIGHLY recommended this place to anyone & everyone. Thanks for allowing us to stay at your condo.

This place was perfect for our Hawaii vacation! It was nice, large, comfortable, and across the street from some great beaches. The kitchen was fully stocked and they had boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and a cooler available to use. The grounds were beautiful and the swimming pools were nice and not crowded. We appreciated the air conditioning too. It was an awesome place!

This property has easily accomodated 8 adults. The place is a very short walk to the beach and short drive to Wailea and to the nearby restaurants and groceries. The property is clean and provided ample space. It was home away from home. It met more than my expectations. Best bang for your buck.

Great first impression. Smelled musty when we first walked in, but we just needed to open up some doors. We arrived to a VERY clean condo. We loved being just a few feet from the pool. It was stocked with necessities. We are interested in staying this unit again in the future.
