Las toallas estaba sucias y manchadas. Las cambiaron pero fue muy desagradable eso.

La ubicación

-El agua de la ducha estuvo fría y no me dieron una solución rápida. Solo disculpas. -recibí la habitación con las toallas, cobijas y sábanas manchadas de maquillaje y al momento de la salida me cobraron el quitar la mancha de las mismas toallas de mala calidad que recibí. - las paredes son muy delgadas y se escucha todo de las habitaciones continuas. - cuando recibí la habitación notamos 2 cucarachas 🪳 y algunos moscos. - La limpieza que se realiza diariamente es muy básica y de mala calidad. Se nota fácilmente

comfy room, very clean, good space

Location is good, close to airport, to United States embassy, corferias, and gran estación mall, a lot of restaurants around. Staff are friendly and helpful. The taxi service (white ones) that hotel work with, are amazing friendly, they can pick up you where you want and work 24/7, it’s amazing because you feel safe.

A lot of noise at night, so you can’t sleep early if you need wake up early in the morning. I pay for breakfast, and although it is good, they don’t have variety, and you take every day the same fruit and same bread. The towels need to get rid of the stains because it is like dirty.
