Situated in a quiet area close to Sheringham Park and a short walk from the town and then the beach - these are all of the places we like to visit whilst here. Our room was light, airy and comfortable. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and all were tasty. We enjoyed looking at the artwork displayed around the house! 🖼️ 🐦‍⬛🦀 Our hosts Christine and Ian were friendly and helpful.

Nothing. We sometimes found that when returning from town, that last half a mile up the incline to the property was testing, but that was probably because we had overdone the walking in the day! It wouldn’t put us off staying again.

The breakfast was plentiful, cooked fresh with plenty of choice. Selection of fresh fruit each morning. Christine and Ian were very welcoming, helpful and accommodating. Our room was spacious, light and airy. We stayed at a particularly hot period, fans were provided in each room. Milk and water were kept in a fridge outside our rooms. Everything had been thought of our stay was very comfortable, I would have no hesitation in recommending Picaroons. Christine and Ian have collected so many quirky things in their home, each day we found something we had missed. A truly wonderful stay, thank you

Reasonable location, 10 minute walk to the railway and 15 minute walk to the sea. Excellent room. Great breakfast and hosts.

Christine and Ian were very hospitable and looked after us well. Recommended some excellent eateries and places to visit. Would highly recommend. The town is just 15 minutes walk from the B&B passing the Attractive Steam railway.

A lovely house in a great location, so quiet and peaceful. Christine and Ian are great hosts, welcoming and friendly. We had a lovely clean room and a great ensuite with a walk in shower. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice , the home made bread was lovely.

Beautiful house in spacious grounds.Spotless and clean inside .We liked the decor as well.The hosts were friendly but not intrusive and very efficient.The food was lovely and locally sourced. It was just a short walk to restaurants and pleasant area of Sheringham.

The bed was very low down and a little hard, but was a good size and comfy bedding and duvet quilt.

Quiet location away from town centre but close enough to make town centre, beach, station,, pubs and restaurants accessible. Good selection for breakfast. Bedroom was large, and comfortable.

Breakfast was excellent, good quality food, very filling, plenty of choice, Our room was a good size, light and airy, very clean. we could see the sea from our window, en-suite was a great size, fabulous double shower.
