EVERYTHING MY 2ND visit including liking the smell room. Decorated to perfection, excellent hosts a joy to stay I travelled by train so on foot got their in under 10 minutes street nice and quiet

Hosts were great, accommodation was lovely ,visited in a very cold December house and room were really warm .Room was good size and well equipped ,comfy bed , fabulous breakfast .House is in a very quiet area but only a 5 or 10 minute walk to the seafront or the town centre.

Warm welcome - I was expected so no hitches. The room was clean and pleasant, with a very comfortable bed, if rather cramped. Small but adequate bathroom with freebies. Excellent breakfast - I did not want a cooked breakfast but there was a lovely bowl of fresh fruit, yoghurt and cereals. Key access with no restrictions. Adequate parking space on the street outside the property. Easy walking distance to all the facilities/attractions in the town.

The room was adequate but very small and facing onto the neighbouring building. I'm sure other rooms had a better aspect.

We had three rooms, all of which were clean and spacious. There was a good choice for breakfast, which was delicious. Great start to the day. Ideal location for the trains, town and beach and walks to neighbouring villages along the coast.

Very friendly hosts, who made us very welcome. Comfortable room although it looked out onto a wall. This was ok because we were only there for one night. Good breakfast, well served. Great location, easy to park and walk into town or to the beach.

Location excellent, room comfortable , breakfast v good, owners friendly. Cost per night higher end of our budget but every where has increased due to cost of living.

Location was brilliant , short walk to the front and short walk to the High Street and yet it was in a lovely quiet residential area . Spoilt for choice with the breakfast .Can't fault the size or the quality of the breakfast.

Wonderful attentive friendly staff, great location, only a short walk to the beach, our room was small but immaculately clean and fully functional and best breakfast ever!!! 10/10 We will definitely be returning!
