Large room with high ceilings and tall windows. Central location. The lady at the reception was very nice and gave us some extra water bottles on departure.

The photos are much nicer than the actual place. Technically this is not a guest house, but a large flat on the first floor of a residential building that has been divided into self-contained rooms. You can tell that originally it was a beautiful flat which was then chopped into rooms and bathrooms put in rather cheaply. It broke my heart to see a cubicle with a lowered ceiling in a room twice the size. I think there was even a window at the other end which you could not see as it was closed off by a wall. Finding parking is a nightmare as the location of the accommodation is right in the middle of the old town which is not car accessible (you can drive through the most narrow streets, but cannot stop). You'll be lucky to find parking 5-10 mins walk away and will have to go either up or downhill. If you have large suitcases - getting them across the cobbled streets to the apartments is also not fun. And then you have to drag them upstairs on the first floor. The facilities look a bit outdated and in desperate need of some renovation. The wooden window frames were barely holding together and looked like they will fall apart any second. We paid extra for a balcony which was tiny and we ended up not using it at all. Paying for a room with windows would have been just as good. I understand that we chose to stay in the old part of the city and that they were going for a rustic vibe, but rustic and cheap/falling apart are two different things.

Just gonna make long story short. Ria was amazing host. We had amazing time. Definitely will be staying there again. Grazie mille.

The room was very beautiful! Nice high ceilings and very big. Very romantic ambiance. The owners were helpfull with an early check in and with the lugage during checkout.

Very nice and extraordinary accommodation in the old town. The room was exceptional, located one of the old streets above city center. In addition, the host was very supportive during our stay. Very recommended.

The room was delightful located right in the centre of the Castillo district, within easy walking distance of everything. The staff were so very friendly and helpful, on arrival and also efficiently organising a transfer to the airport.

Big spacious room. Comfortable bed. Great location. Giuseppina was very friendly and extremely helpful in telling us where we were in relation to sights and restaurants etc.

Of course the prices rise up on summer but you have a unique location in Castello which is very beautiful, old town, great views and places to visit.

Lovely apartment! Simple and clean with very tall ceilings. We were also allowed to check in a bit earlier which was very helpful! Location is amazing as well, up on a hill.

Unfortunately there is construction on the street where our window opened so it got very loud early during the week days. But I am sure this cannot be an issue all the time, so just for the next weeks/months.

Authentic place. Perfect location, astonishing room and great/helpful staff.

- Central location - city center within 5 minutes walking distance Bastione di Saint Remy even in less than 5 minutes - nice location within the old town of Cagliari - small restaurants not frequented by tourists in the immediate vicinity, especially the Cafè Plazuela is recommended, where you can have a delicious breakfast, a snack for in between or a dinner with a refreshing drink - Perfect communication with operator - rooms and sanitary facilities clean and tidy

- rather a remark than a criticism for those arriving by car: Due to the central location in the old town - small, narrow Italian alleys without sidewalks - a parking space cannot be found directly at the accommodation. In the immediate vicinity (radius 300 m) there are always parking spaces to be found.

The property is located in the historic centre close to restaurants, gelaterias, shopping and sites. Great accommodation for a city trip.

If you come by car, parking can be a little difficult, the host did give us a tip where we could park for free but it was full most of the time during our stay in september, we did find a spot but that was about 12-15min walk. Our bathroom sinc didn’t drain well. For us none of these minor issues detracted from our lovely holiday.

Apart from the parking situation everything was perfect. The room and location was perfect, spacious and very clean. Would definitely stay here again

We couldn't really find a parking space since the hotel is right in the middle of the city center and parking there is restricted to residents - actually wasn't much of a problem but I expected different because parking was something the hotel listed in the description
