Very comfortable, lot of space, the cleanest I’ve been to, perfect localization,

The roof terrace was the best part of our stay! It was a very nice apartment on a perfect location. lots of restaurants next door and a stort walk to Piazza Yenne and Bastione du Saint Remy.

The narrow stairs where a bit scary but not a problem for us.

Ckeck in and check out, contact with the host was trouble-free. The contact was friendly, helpful and very patient. He was great, helped with everything, thanks to him! The accommodation is in a great location in the historic center. There are a large number of restaurants, shops and stores in the area. The train station and bus station are a few minutes walk, the city bus service is excellent (the day ticket is cheap and convenient), the train to the airport is 10 minutes. The accommodation is well equipped. The kitchen, dining room and living room are a spacious space for a comfortable meal and stay. There is also a large roof terrace. The accomodation is an excellent choice for groups of friends and families with older children.

Accommodation is on three floors (+roof terrace) with steep stairs, which can be a problem for seniors and young children. The accommodation is on a pedestrian street, so parking in the area is a bit difficult but not unsolvable. The host helped us with this as well, we received information in advance, but those who arrive by car are advised to prepare for this in advance.

The location is super great!! In the heart off the city.

There was no taxi included from airport, in the price od apartma was promised us a taxi transfer from the airport .. We have problems with the trash. The ovner did not speak english, and we did not understand the sistem.. In the end, we had a misunderstanding about garbage, which made us a little upset by the departure..

Just the location. The rest was a disaster.

The owner was hostile. The staff was really rude. Staff..well...the Russian woman who was everybody, the cleaner, the reservation manager and the bodyguard. From the online check-in when they were trying to get photos of my documents (illegal practice), through the nonexistent remote check-in (didn't work, we had to wait a long time) following the house rules( leave the rubbish in SMALL PORTIONS in the city bins as they didn't have the contract for rubbish collection and the bin card didn't work) further on to the broken house appliances, broken furniture, mouldy walls, wet balcony, openly rude owner's visits, hoarder's flat full of rubbish and smelly furniture down to the problems with getting the deposit back and terrorising us with it...numerous calls to the police, the carrabinieri, booking...(they were especially unhelpful). It was ALL a nightmare. Stay away from this place if you don't want to ruin your stay. ANY place is better. The last day she decided to count all the pillows, spoons, plates, etc all the rubbish in the place, no masks, no culture and, again, terrorised us with the deposit, we were barely on time for the flight. All she (the extremely rude owner) said was it's my house and they are my rules I don't care about booking or anybody else. Plus, of course the stairs, which was killing my husband's post-operation legs.

The communication was really good. Location is perfect - inside a super vibrant neighborhood in Cagliari. Apartment is more than fully equipped, it had everything that we could need. The highlight of the trip was definitely the TERRACE!😍 The terrace is equipped with plants, table, couches, stove and grill!! I’ll definitely be back!😇

The property was huge , delightful and in the best location . The roof terrace is vast and equipped with everything you could need. There are two living areas , huge TVs with Netflix . Like a home from home . In the midst of the corona virus outbreak Nadia and Giuseppe were so kind and thoughtful and did everything they could to help us stay longer as we tried to get home . We thank them and look forward to returning .

The staircases are steep and curved . Not a problem for us but just to let others be aware . That said it’s a great property .
