A beautiful, super clean Georgian Apartment on the edge of the tourist district. Approximately 10+ minutes walk from the Train/Bus station with traffic + some construction along this path. Nice to have a Washer + dry rack available. As seen in photos - just a bit Petite in size. We had 4 adults that were comfortable. Living/Dining Room + Kitchen are roomy with comfortable furnishings. Kitchen is well appointed. Bathrooms are very nice just compact. Location is convenient to Restaurants/Grocery - plenty of options within 1 block. Our host provided codes to access door keys which worked very well for our entry.

2 Quiet bedrooms but rooms + beds are petite. Master bed was acceptable but I had to keep my luggage in the dining room, NO extra space to keep in the bedroom. The 2 Twin beds are a TINY size (More like child width size compared to other places we stayed on this trip). Apartment neighborhood is very nice - however street lighting is very weak/sparse and a bit DARK when walking home at night. There are 2 flights of stairs which was challenging for some with luggage. ** Also, this apartment does NOT have A/C. The windows all open allowing a free flow of air. When the temperature is cool it is lovely but in the summertime would be problematic for those accustomed to A/C.

Only downside was the top floor but we knew that there were no lifts, just didn't realise how unfit we all were 😂

Beautiful apartment in a lovely building overlooking the park. Nicely decorated. It was great having two bathrooms and also being able to use the sofa bed in the lounge. We appreciated the fans in the hot weather. Location is fantastic, everything is right on the doorstep and having a supermarket round the corner was really helpful. Helen, the host, was really helpful and lent us an adapter for the shaver. Communication with Helen was brilliant throughout. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The only thing for me would be to have a choice of pillows. I’m probably being super picky but I’d much rather a soft feather pillow, but this was a minor issue given everything else was perfect 👍

Location was excellent, rooms all very pleasant, all very clean. Nice touches like fans in all rooms! Very very friendly and helpful engagement from Helen. Would definitely go back.

Few minor items but it didnt spoil our stay. Some of the kitchen equipment could do with an update (e.g. knives...bits coming off)...biscuits etc provided but too nervous to touch as not clear how long they have been there and if anyone had touched them etc as they were out of packet and in a jar. Also toilet seats don't fit well.

The location, the comfort level, the decor, the excellent level of communication from Helen, the host and the spacious feel of the apartment.

Lots of stairs. In general the apartment was clean but needed more cleaning -washing machine and bathrooms.

Location was excellent, very convenient for the city. Lounge was very spacious and comfortable and kitchen was a decent size and well equipped. Very helpful to have a parking permit and it was easy to leave a second car at a Park & Ride location. You really don't need a car in Bath though.

There was not much storage space for clothes, which was a bit of a drawback as we had come down for a wedding with a lot of clothing. Second bedroom was rather small. Both bedrooms overlook the loading bay of a large Sainsbury store which resulted in a fair bit of noise at night.

Great location, 5 minute walk into the centre with parking permit available for the duration of our stay. Apartment was clean & tidy, airy & spacious. Kitchen well equipped with modern appliances. Lounge very comfortable with a nice added touch of a Christmas Tree & red wine on arrival. Local Sainsburys next door to purchase provisions. Lovely 2 day stay. Would definitely stay again.

Some road noise to the rear, could benefit from Secondary glazing in main bedroom.

The location was excellent

This is a beautifully lit apartment in a lovely old building overlooking a little park in a quiet cul-de-sac, but within easy walking distance of the very centre of Bath. The living room was especially lovely. The kitchen was well equipped and worked well. We really liked the little supplies of essentials - salt, sugar and so on. The car-parking permit was a great boon.

The stairs were a lot to climb BUT the description was quite clear that the apartment was on the second floor, so we knew what we were letting ourselves in for. The bedrooms and bathrooms were a little cramped; there was no space for a dressing table in either bedroom, for example. Given this, we wondered if the main bedroom could have been laid out better. The shutters could have done with some means of fastening them. Instructions about disposal of rubbish could have been clearer. These are all little niggles really though. Overall, this was a great place to stay in Bath.

Easy, clear instructions on how to get into the property. Beautiful apartment in a perfect location; lovely view over the park from the lounge and kitchen. Walking distance to the Saturday market, the bridge, Circus, Royal Crescent and shopping areas. Well equipped kitchen for cooking. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were compact but clean and functional. Lounge was very comfortable and the Netflix and Prime on the TV was wonderful for nights in. We also loved the original windows and shutters. The light in the lounge through the windows with the beautiful leafy trees just outside. Beautiful. COVID practices were in place, which was reassuring. The view from the bedroom windows to the back gardens below are pretty, along with seeing the old train station roof. We would definitely recommend this place.

We liked everything so these comments are more to help people decide if this is right for them. If you have significant walking difficulties, the apartment is probably not for you as it has no elevator/lift and is two floors up (by US standards, that means the third floor - 48 steps up (solid hand rails though), not including the few steps outside). Keep this in mind for your luggage and groceries, even if you are able bodied. It's a good workout. We loved the original windows and shutters, but they are not sound proofed, and you do get some noise in the morning from the Sainsbury's behind the bedrooms. However, this did not bother us. But if you are a light sleeper and want to sleep in beyond 7am or sleep with the window open, this may be an issue - no noise in the middle of the night, just in the morning - we like to get up early on vacation so this did not bother us. It did not wake up my daughter. There is an apartment above and when the people arrived late, it sounded like they were coming into our apartment (they weren't). We thought it was funny, if a bit disconcerting at first. As I said, we would come back here - these things are very small - the apartment is beautiful and the location is superb.

Host Helen was so helpful and although we didn’t meet her in person (due to covid) she was most welcoming. Apartment was SO cute and comfortable complete with incredibly thoughtful touches like a Christmas tree and Christmas deco. Will 100% stay again next time we’re in bath.

The apartment is in a good location. Very nice to walk into the beautiful lounge and see the Christmas tree and decorations. Helen was very friendly and helpful.

The rooms looked smaller than in the photographs particularly the bathroom and en-suite. The towels were tiny and we were only given 1 each and we could only have hot water in the showers if we used one at a time. Parking was really difficult. I’m sorry to give this review but I’m being honest.
