* KL’da birçok otelde kaldım ancak kahvaltısı en kötü olam otel burasıydı. Sonuçta kahvaltı dahil olan ve ekstra ücret vererek otel tutuyorsunuz, dolayısıyla bir beklentiniz oluyor. * Kahvaltıda hiçbir zaman doymadım ve ekstra istediklerime de hep ücret istediler. Ya çay isteyip bir de kahve isteyince ona bile söylendiler. * Kısa süreli konakladığım için odanın temizlenmesini istemedim ancak bunun yerine ekstra su istedim. Onu da veremediler :)

The location is perfect. We stayed for almost 13 days at the hotel and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff were super helpful and supportive especially brother Farid who helped us a lot. The room service was excellent and we were never disturbed.

Cleanliness should be improved at this property. That was the only negative thing that we noticed.

The staffs are friendly. Got hair dryer & the hotel near to shopping center & next to laundry. Definitely worth it..

The location is good within walking distance to shopping mall like Lot 10, Sg Wang Plaza, Pavilion, Berjaya Times Square, good restaurants around and near to MRT or Monorail stations.

The WC in the toilet is small and not easy to wash your buttock.

location is quite good. The staff is friendly and helpful. Provide printing service with cheap price. Beside hotel got self service laundry shop, very convenient.
