Very good location in case you are decided to explore the region by car. Cosy and comfortable rooms, very nice and friendly staff.

The water from the sink in the bathroom was really weak. The breakfast was awful. Almost no variety and a very little portion

The breakfast was lacking in options, mostly sweets.

Giuseppe was great, His dad made us feel at home and his mom the sweetest lady she made you feel like a family member. Room was very clean. They were always there to help you or drive you around town. Giuseppe recommend a great cruise to visit Positano, and Amalfi. His had took us to Villa San Marco

Everything was perfect

The property looks even better in reality than it is on the puctures shown at booking. It is quiet and very clean place. The rooms are cleaned every single day. The location is perfect if you travel by car. Napoli and Sorrento are approximately 45 minutes by car, Amalfi and Positano arround 1.0 hour (depending on the trafic). Castellammare di Stabia and Pompei just in 10 minutes driving. Parking places are available at the property. House garden is nice and suitable if anyone wants to have a coffee / tee in the morning outside the building. The house keepers are very polite persons offering advices for restaurants and etc. Light breakfarst and hot drinks are included in the room price. I recommend that place for anyone that is planning to vist that region by car.

Modern and clean rooms, large garden and secure internal parking. Good breakfast in the garden. Excellent base for visiting Pompeii is Vesuvius, Naples and Sorrento. Very courteous staff

To be just a B&B it is really the top.... you cannot expect more.

Secure with locked car parking

Very clean, spacious and bright villa. Friendly family takes care of the place, parking is available on the premises, the room was cleaned every day. Very good and stable WiFi

The location is far away from everything but its not a problem if you are by car. It's also close to the highways if you keep travelling from the villa. There are no places to eat around if you are in need to eat. We really missed some glasses to drink water or wine in the room.
