La ubicación y cercanía con el aeropuerto así como las respuestas y atención oportuna del personal a los menajes y correos que en enviaban.

Las políticas de cancelación ya que no me permitieron mover fechas o conseguir un cobro mínimo del hospedaje ya que tuve que cancelar por temas ajenos a mi.

Las instalaciones están excelente ya que cuentan con refrigerador, cocineta y horno de microondas está muy bien equipada

No tenían agua caliente

We always stay here and it always a great experience. I will defiantly be staying here again. It is always clean and the staff are wonderful and helpful.

Parking is horrible they try to have you park at there convenience and wake you up late at night or early morning to move out of other guests way. Room was very dirty walls all had marks like house keeping does posses a cleaning towel to wipe down walls. clearly they do not change bed sheets. room had bad smell of dirty dirty mop water. when bringing concerns to staff they just tell you that they will let management know because they can’t do anything out issues. Will never stay there again!!!

This property is very clean and has a very welcoming staff .

There was nothing I didn’t like I have stayed here a handful of times and they all have been very lovely stay!
