It is an accessible location and the staff for the cafe are very nice. The reception staff need more work on how they talk to people some of them are rude at times.

The AC was not working on two different occasions. I was given a room in the 1st floor and the room felt humid, I contracted the reception and they sent a tech to check it out, the technician worked on it and said it should be good. A couple hours later it was still humid so I called the receptionist and they decided to move me to another room. In that room the air was fresh at night, in the morning the room was humid again. I left the room to visit family in hopes that when I return the ac would be better. I came back at around 3pm with a a family member from Mexicali for a quick visit. They stated the room felt humid and not fresh . We left the room again and came back at around 6pm , called the reception and was told the ac was not working and will not be able to be worked on until the next day. They offered us free beverages but I would hope that this hotel is mindful of its guest. Mexicali weather was around 116 degrees, we pay for a hotel In hopes of being comfortable and staying cool, but I am very disappointed that the ac was not working..

El aire acondicionado hacia mucho ruido que no dejaba dormir y al apagarlo con temperaturas de 42 grados o más en la calle se sentía como un sauna por lo cual dormir sudado no está cómodo ni agradable.

The location was good and the breakfast was excellent. Very clean.

Communication was a little difficult with the different languages. Could of had another garbage in the room just had one small one in the bathroom.

Limpieza, luz de habitación y mantenimiento

Nos hospedamos un fin de semana, la habitación espaciosa, el desayuno bien, las instalaciones bien.

Como se lo hice saber al jóven en recepción en el check out, al momento de recoger nuestras pertenencia y revisar que no se nos olvidara nada, entre nuestras sabanas encontramos unos shorts deportivos que no eran de nuestra propiedad, la verdad que fue una situación muy desagradable, algo que debe ser prioridad en un hotel es la limpieza lo cual evidenció que no cambiaron las sabanas de los anteriores huespedes unicamente volvieron a acomar las sabanas que otras personas ya habian utilizado. Al informarlo al jóven de la recepción solo me dijo que hablarían con la ama de llaves para que no volviera ocurrir y pues que una disculpa. Al ser un hotel tan reconocido a nivel nacional además de obvio esperar limpieza en sus habitaciones, si ya ocurrió un desafortunado incidente mínimo esperábamos otro trato al cliente ya que fue nuestra salida y nos fuimos decepcionados.

Todo excelente
