The view was amazing! Good room size and pretty good complex. The infinity pool was a great view. Overall, good experience! There are some beaches nearby, between 10-20 min car ride, it is near Balchik, Kaliakra, Dalboka. For the weekend was great for us!

The location is quite secluded and the abandoned complex nearby is a little unwelcoming. Also, the complex itself, as well as the room, was outdated. The playground was unpractical, the pool chairs were dirty and old, the area surrounding the pool was unkempt. The shower is a safety hazard, has no door, no curtain, no tub, no non skid tiles, the whole bathroom gets wet and the floor becomes extremely slippery! Very little supplys in the kitchen and the lack of a washing machine is a minus if you want to go to the beach and wash your things afterwards.

Shower area is not delimited and you shower on the toilet and everything else in the bathroom, cleanless could be so much better (balcony is dirty, walls are dirty), old furniture and tv, internet is working only in the room not the rest of the areas, one room had coffee filter, the other didn't, one had 2 ashtrays, the other none, one had bowls, the other just plates, etc.

Very spacious apartment with big balcony and sea view

The location was great, peaceful and quiet and isolated, and yet not far from the city. The pool was greatly appreciated by the kids. But the most wonderful experience was our relationship with the host - Dimitar/ Mitra - a profesional in what hospitability really means! From the first moment we met to the last he was a fiendly and helpful person, really one of a kind! Thank you, Mitra, we will surely be back!

I was familiar with the location from last year's vacation and decided to return this year too. However, now I learned that the apartments are managed separately and the one I got now was different from the one I stayed in last year. Overall the apartment was ok for a short stay. The view of the sea coast and the quietness is what sets it apart from other similar properties. The pool is also nice and clean. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Overall, the cleanliness of the place could have been better. Bathroom was ok, but the kitchen and living room were cleaned only superficially. We didn't have enough towels / bedding, and although the host brought some extra, the blankets and pillows didn't look clean, so we did not use them. Kitchen could have been better equipped. Cleaning products and garbage bags also would have been useful.

I liked the spacious room, but not the broken sofa.

The broken sofa, the lack of the hairdryer, the broken iron. The room was not cleaned for 9 days. We were not aware that nobody will clean the room during our stay, not change the towels, only if it was asked for.

The room was well equipped, the bed was good, and also the view was gorgeous.

The room was not so clean, there was some dust on the furniture.
