The location was convenient and the apartment was very clean and had everything you would need. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The communication was fantastic too.

Excellent apartment-spacious, clean and well stocked. Great location-10 minutes from beach and old town. Secure underground parking at a reasonable rate. Met by owner and assistant who provided phone contact during our stay. Would definitely use again

Super neat apartment, excellent communication with the host Vero, who was very professional and provided us with tips and clear instructions, could not ask for anyone better. Everything you need in the apartment is there, and looks brand new. Great location to explore the city, quite but close to all major attractions, restaurants and shops. I certainly recommend staying at this apartment.

The price for the parking inside the building (not included) was quite high and no easy way to park nearby. For us, it ended up being about 10% more for our stay.

Superb hosts , unbelievably clean and brand new apartment equipped with all modern home needs. Coffee machine had spare coffee pods. TV's with internet in all rooms and lounge. Lovely balcony to relax in ( views of mountain limited ) . The Hosts really have gone out of their way to find a space for out taller car in the garage next to ours . Very close to the town center , amazing supermarket 100 M near and 8 min walk to the magical la Concha beach. I would highly recommend it for a family of 5 or 6 , you will not regret it .

The apartment was new, very clean and very nicely decorated. It had all the appliances, cutlery and kitchenware to be able to cook. It was also close to a large supermarket so shopping for groceries was convenient. At an extra cost, two parking spaces were available. Close to the city centre and the beach. Virginia, the host, was attentive and helpful.

The apartment is in an area being developed and construction works were still going on duing week days. It seemed there remain still a few months worth of works, if you want to wake up late or mind the noise, check with the owner if construction works are already completed.
