Location was perfect. Very close to the beach. Staff members were awesome. Luan was very helpful even suggested good restaurants to visit

1 tv was not enough for a family

The facility was a good size, with all amenities and smalls included. The fireplace and coffee machine were big plusses! Luan is a great manager and available at all times, also flexible when we required a later checkout. A great home away from home setup, truly enjoyed, thank you.

The driveway was way to steep and scraped the bottom of our vehicle, which was a sedan, average clearance from.ground.

The house is spacious and bright. Very homey feeling. Everything that we needed was there.. absolutely loved the espresso machine

The house is spacious, light and airy and has the perfect fireplace and kitchen. Every facility you could possibly want is available. The beds are very comfortable and having four bathrooms is a plus. Best feature for a party of 10 was the dishwasher!

Whilst not a problem for anyone in our group, the steps leading down from the lounge to the kitchen are a bit deep for an older, less agile person. A hand rail down the center of the wide stairs would be a great idea.

The Fire place brought everyone together..one of the main attractions. The fact that all essentials were provided.. soap, all utensils, towels, extra blankets. The coffee machine was a bonus and so enjoyable. The wood that was provided was so unexpected and amazing, that it made our stay that much more convincing.

An enclosed braai area would have been a bonus..to guarentee the ability to have a braai and a area to entertain friends and family that isn't dependent on the weather.

No 13 Sanganer is perfectly located within a 3 minute walk to beautiful Plett Beach and a 7 minute easy drive into town. Its spotlessly clean, even the Weber Braai is gleaming, thanks to Thembi who comes in twice a week and is totally indispensable! We felt safe thanks to a good alarm system and secure parking. It really is a home from home experience as No 13 is also well equipped in the kitchen and offers quality linen and towels. We therefore highly recommend it for families and friends looking for spacious/stylish accommodation in Plett Bay.

Sadly No 13 would not be suitable for anyone who struggles with stairs as it is not on one level.
