Our family of 13 stayed for one week -Grandparents, parents and children. This property is great for families with children. We had everything we needed from kids dinnerware, pack.n.play, baby gates, toys, even life jackets. This owner is very thoughtful and so easy to work with. Short walk to beach was awesome. We loved every minute!

The property was beautiful, Kelley was very responsive, and we would definitely stay here again. My entire family stayed (16 of us) and we had plenty of room. And- the bed was great! I can’t even describe how much I appreciate the memory foam king size mattress we slept on.

The house was amazing! It has everything we needed & more. Our host was easy to communicate with and answered all our question. We loved the area very relaxing & beautiful beach! We can way to stay again!

We loved the property. Ever so slightly inconvenient to the beach but not bad. In fact we had far more issues with Navarre Beach than the property.

Navarre Beach is definitely a hidden gem. Our stay was amazing and our host was attentive to our needs. The beach is so beautiful. We will definitely be back. We saw sea turtles, dolphins and a shark! Our fisherman caught a trout, Mahi and flounder. We had 360 views of the water. It was a great family vacation.

Our extended family stayed at this beach house and it was perfect! The house is as described, and the owner was great. I do suggest loading up and going to the National Seashore versus the public access, somehow it is even more beautiful! House is set up for large family groups, from the four coffee pots to the kids beach toys and multiple kayaks. Wonderful.

The home was absolutely wonderful. Exceeded our expectations. Owner was easy to communicate with. The beach was only a short walk as promised and wasnt overcrowded. We wish we could have stayed even longer!!

We came with our family and another set of friends, 12 in all. Everyone was very comfortable. Having a backyard with access to the bay was very nice. We caught many fish off the backyard pier. The beach is close, easy bike ride down street and over some, 2 minutes or so. House was well stocked with household goods for a large group stay, chairs, plates, forks, games, etc. Navarre beach is more isolated than the other beaches of the panhandle. Very quiet in comparison, like a couple dozen people on the #37A beach at a time. We used the kayaks which was a lot of fun in the bay behind the house. The nature reserve is right next door, and provided nice bike riding road. Owner was attending rice to our needs and helped accommodate to all our questions.

Kelley was wonderful! The accommodations and everything were spot on. It seems as though someone may have taken the pack n play they had at the property so when we got there late afternoon on a Saturday to discover it was missing, Kelley was on it immediately. She went above and beyond to remedy the situation. We had one with fresh sheets at the house within an hour, and then had a brand new one delivered to the property by the next morning. The ONLY complaint I could have is the air conditioning. It struggled to keep up with the heat, but Kelley kept in close contact helping with solutions and assured us they are working on getting a different system in the future. Also, you may want to bring some extra towels and rags. They provide enough, we just prefer more. Overall, wonderful home with great toys and fun stashed away in the garage for you to enjoy (kayaks, life jackets, beach toys, beach wagon, etc.). There was some noisy contruction going on in the neighborhood and next door. It didn’t take away from our enjoyment though. Great property!

We have two families with kids and their grandparents who get together in Navarre once a year. This house was great for us! Lots of space to spread out and a big table to all eat together or play games. The kids played in the fenced yard and we fished right there on the canal. The kitchen is well stocked and there are items for the small children so we don’t have to travel with them. It was a great stay!

We had a wonderful time! The condo was great, just as advertised. We really enjoyed the kayaks! Kelley was super sweet and very attentive to our needs.

The porch furniture is very comfortable! We also loved fishing and kayaking in the canal and sitting around the fire pit at night. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen table and bar stools were able to fit our entire table for meal times and games. We spent a lot of time at Opal Beach and loved how close this house was to it! There were hardly any cars out on the main road, which was really nice. There was construction going on next door, but we left for the beach for most of the day (and had a couple weekend and rainy days where the workers didn’t come), so it really wasn’t bad. The owner of the home is very easy to get in touch with and was helpful when we had questions. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone who’s looking!

When I walked in for the first time to see all the rooms I was wowed! I started upstairs. Each room looked like it would end up being the master bedroom, except the o by kids room, but they just kept getting better. Love the balconies on both ends of the upstairs. The owner communicates very well. Always receptive and quick to response and very pleasant. I would highly recommend this rental.

The only thing I would recommend is some kind of lighting on the back deck like party lights. We ate dinner at the outdoor dining table and some lights out there would have been nice. The property is a short walk to the beach. It is well kept and has a good appearance. We never had anything break or quit, but the owner had told us if there was a problem, let them know immediately and they will have someone there to correct it.

Navarre Beach is a special place. My friends' families and mine (all 18 of us) made some lasting and unbelievable memories this week! Still Waters is a phenomenal place to gather. We felt at home immediately, and any questions or requests we had (extra linens and blankets, etc) were quickly handled. I felt like Kelley was very attentive and wanted us to truly have an enjoyable stay. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen since we cooked several meals while there. The 3 crock pots were put to good use as well as the large sheet pans that accommodated the needs of our large group well. There were many storage containers for leftovers along with tons of utensils, plastic plates/bowls, cups glasses, etc. The grill was also nice to have. We couldn't ask for a better view or a much closer proximity to the beach. Many in our group also enjoyed the kayaks (in the canal and at the beach). The rolling cart made carrying beach "things" very convenient as well. We also loved having the bikes. Kids and adults hopped on and took rides often...sometimes to the beach and sometimes all around town. As far as activities, we did so many things...shell hunting, night crab hunting, golfing at Tiger Point, parasailing and deep sea fishing in Pensacola Beach, Tunes on the Dunes, watching the Blue Angels at Ft. Pickens, boogie boarding, kayaking, biking, watching sunsets and sunrises, building in the sand, watching shark fishing at the pier, boating to crab island (a must do, by the way). We ate at Sidelines and Flounders in Pensacola Beach....both incredible. Such a great week!

One of the best pieces of feedback that I can provide is that Kelley was extremely responsive to my requests and questions. I knew if I sent her a message, it was a matter of a few minutes before I heard back. The house was extremely clean and it’s hard to believe her cleaners got us in right at check in time due to the circumstances of the previous renters. Kelley and Gregg are very compassionate and cared deeply how my family was doing after a very tragic drowning of a one year old occurred. The backyard is a kids dream come true with white sand and even seashells. There were a lot of beach toys for our use so no need to bring shovels and pails with you. My family consisted of 8 adults and 7 kids. There is a gate that surrounds the entire backyard with a childproof self-latching lock so we had no worries about the direct canal access. Kelley and Gregg have thought of everything a family needs to ensure a first class vacation. I wholeheartedly recommended Still Waters for your vacation!
