The indoor pool was cold, it wasn’t clean, it looked cloudy, the room bathroom had hair in the shower and on the toilet sanitation is a pet peeve for me.

The room was fabulous!! Loved the full kitchen!! The air conditioning didn't work well but the staff was very friendly and offered to switch rooms for us. We didn't, but they assured us they would get the ac fixed asap.

Everything was perfect, with the exception of the air conditioning.

I liked the bed being comfortable and clean. Plenty of parking space. The room had proper amenities. A full kitchen like setting looked great. IF I had gotten a properly maintained room my stay would have been rated 100.

The dishwasher in the room leaked water into carpet area although I was not even using it. When I opened it to see what was going on, there was sitting water at the bottom of the dishwasher like it failed to drain. Staff was quick to respond when I reported it but all they did was bring a bunch of towels and placed them under the dishwasher. The shower had a BIG MOULDY stain on the roof. When I say BIG I mean very...maybe a leak from the above room. The bathroom was semi-clean not fully cleaned. For the cost of the one night, this was NOT worth it and I cannot believe the name Hilton is even related to this hotel. I only stayed because it was a quick 1 night only trip. There were guests(children) who were loud in the hallway running back and forth in the elevators from swimming I guess because the elevator floors were WET, but that was not on the hotel. Some parents just can't monitor their children properly so I shall not claim that as a fault to the hotel. This was NOT a pleasant stay.

Everything was great. I can’t think of anything that was poor.

The property was really easy to get to from the highway. The staff worked to make sure my kids and I were comfortable and understood our need for rest after a long day of travel and basketball games for my son. They had plenty of clean towels a and blankets that we needed when we requested it. There were a few issues and the front desk staff and manager took care of it and reassured me they would address the issues in a timely manner.

The location is not a feel safe neighborhood type area. I wouldn’t feel safe arriving late at night there other that it was what my kids and I needed for the three nights there. There was a huge groups of baseball teams there that had been running around the hotel floors banging on doors as if it was a play ground and these kids were between the ages of 14-16 so getting the blasting knock on our door after 10:30PM was not a pleasant experience. A little startling when we had fallen asleep already. I called and spoke to the manager who assured me would look at the cameras and address them.
