I only like the bed

I didn’t like that I was in a room that smelled really bad. I didn’t like it that I was in a room that was leaking water over the sink. I didn’t like it that I had to wait so late to get some fresh towers. The place needs to be renovated. Don’t want to stay there again.

Craig was helpful and eager to help when I needed anything. The housekeepers Catalina and the others were great, too.

The breakfast times from 6 am to 9 am. I think they should add meat to the selection and add an hour. The laundry room has one washer and dryer for the whole building. It would be nice if there were machines on each floor.

Dirty, smells in room an hallway like mice and musty, looks bad outside need Reno, inside dark dingy, slamming doors at 3am every night-weird. Breakfast not good.

I like the area very well. Service is great, and customer service facilities are excellent and I would like to mention there's a very kind lady at the front desk she is wonderful 😀 her name is Sasha she is very happy and helpful to everyone. I'm very happy with the customer service. I will be back here again

The hotel did not have laundry detergent as per their sign in the laundry room. Breakfast need to improved with a more variety breakfast and nit the same thing everyday

The room was too high for the quality to be very low. The smell of the hotel was horrible & the room smell as well. The shower curtain had dark little spots on it & the cover looked old for the bed. I will not be staying there ever again.

I loved the location, but we looked out of the window to find the police looking in the window of all of the cars.

I was told there was a pool and ended up not being one at all. I believe it was overpriced and really wish there was a discount of what I spent. The breakfast was only cereal or waffles no other combinations of what I've gotten at any other place I've stayed.

Check in went well, the bed was comfortable.

Hotel needs updating. Cleanliness not up to what I have found in other Choice Hotels. Breakfast was meager. When we went to the breakfast room there was waffle batter spilled on the counter, it ran down the cabinet and on the floor. People walked in it and tracked it around. It was reported to the person at the front desk but he did nothing. It appeared it was not in his job description. There was nobody in the breakfast area to assist. Waffles were definitely not available. It was a mess. Customer service was not a priority. The area needed a good cleaning.

old & dirty i had to get new linen both beds were full if stains that looked like Cheetos which means they don’t change the sheets after each stay ! the shower head fell off , All night we could hear people outside screaming and yelling this stay was so bad.
