i stayed one night. Arrived 4am. Did check out same day before 12 pm and I was charged double. (two nights)

Excellent services, staff, location with great food. Overall, a very good deal.

The breakfast was awesome. Very authentic and tasty. Only observation was the croissants was cold and hence difficult to break it

Staff was excellent, very helpful and super welcoming. Was mother's day and they did a beautiful decoration in the room plus a lovely desert. Dinner was included - bit over spicy for our tastes, but enough alternatives and chefs really willing to cook from fresh to accommodate.

Room/bathroom had some issues with being a bit dusty or not working properly. When brought to staff's attention, they promised to rectify asap. Was a hot & humid day and though AC in room was great, corridor had none, so was not pleasant

Conveniently located to Cochin Airport. Port Muziris is a haven of calm and style in a sometimes chaotic country. We were greeted from our car and checked in efficiently, then offered complimentary refreshments in the comfortable and stylish bar. The room was a good size with good facilities and a comfortable bed. The evening buffet food selections were tasty and both beautifully cooked and presented, we could have kept going all evening! We were only sad that we couldn’t stay longer

The only possible improvement they could make would be to have some shade around the pool

Room was upgraded to a suite and everything was very very comfortable. Staff were really courteous and pleasant.

Complimentary breakfast menu was very limited. Inroom dining service was not at all good.

Beautiful rooms, very friendly staff, excellent food. Had a fantastic stay. Perfect stop for rest before our long drive up to Munnar.

A stylish and comfortable hotel with cosy atmosphere. Restaurant was particularly amazing. I really enjoyed authentic and sophisticated Kerala cuisine. Highly recommended.

Although we stayed in the hotel for a little time, i.e., the evening before the departure of our flight back to Europe in the night, we had an incredibly positive impression. The hotel is only two floors and remarkably beautiful, with comfortable rooms, a swimming pool on the roof (which we used), and a top restaurant. The hotel staff was genuinely nice and offered us a great service.

Nothing to report.

The room was clean, spacious and pleasantly decorated. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. And there was a shuttle car to take us across to the airport as soon as we needed it. My only suggestion would be not to have the aircon on in the restaurant so high that it’s freezing. Will definitely stay again
