I didn’t like, that check-in was in 3h pm, but I arrived to this city yearly, I called to hotel and asked to call me, if room will be ready yearly, than I arrived to hotel at 2h pm and room had already been ready 45m, but nobody called to me

check was a hassel. when I booked I confirmed that I would arrive at 7pm, confirmed by site. then the following day I get 3 emails to lace my personal details online. I informed them that I was traveling with Wi-Fi and no VPN on phone. their email said the registration desk closed at 3pm, then I get another email that states that I have to check in by noon since they close registration desk. it took me 3 emails how to access my key for entry. even then they did not tell me where to key pad was at the hotel-it is placed under the mailboxes of people not on the door nor anywhere near the key code box. just what you want to deal with after traveling for 13 hours.

I didn't have any breakfast. I did not realise that it was included in my tariff.

It would have been nice if the coffee machine (Nespresso) pods were refilled daily. I had to go to the supermarket and buy my own.

the staff: nice, smart, pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful… customer centric as we like it. very nice breakfast!!

The localisation: literally in the train station (so rather noisy) …. my mistake I could have checked The room, even though very clean, smelled cold tobacco. really not cool :-(

Cozy room, renewed, clean and fulfilling my needs. Easy check-in and check-out and one step from the station.

Room was clean. Good shower. Free WiFi. Convenient location for office

Had to check in and have breakfast at another hotel. Bed was small. Limited selection for breakfast and most food had run out by 8.00am

Nice hotel, clean, well located

Information regarding check in should have been sent to us before we arrived. We knew that we had to check in at neighbouring hotel but when we arrived it was closed and we had to phone to be told where to find the key. There were no staff at all in our hotel or the other hotel - they were completely closed. We had to get in and out with the card which was worrying as if our card had not worked when we returned late from dinner we would have been stuck outside.

Nice hotel and nice rooms, they have almost everything and they are clean.

The rooms were too hot, I was forced to sleep with all the windows open and even if the temperature outside was perfect I still had huge difficulties sleeping since the room took a lot to have an acceptable temperature.

The room was clean and perfectly fine, albeit a bit small. The breakfast was really good and the staff was very nice. The room had all the amenities promised.

I was not informed beforehand that the reception is completely closed on the weekends, or that the room's keycards were in an unlocked postbox by the reception. As the reception and the room were in two separate buildings, I found myself running back and forth with my luggage. I had to call three times before I could reach someone who knew about this and could explain it to me. I think this could have been prevented by means of early communication. I could hear other guests through the walls.

Good breakfast

Nothing in Minibar. The fact that the hotel has no reception on its own makes it more difficult to adjust, need to understand how the lock system works etc. The hotel is situated next to the station, with some noise until rather late at night.
