This was the perfect location- only 1.5 hrs from my daughter's school. Her friends came down for a couple days of fun on the beach! Even the colder weather didn't spoil the fun. We were able to cook, play games, walk the pier, enjoy the hammocks - all without leaving out spot! We WILL be back!!

Booking and check-in were easy. The house was clean and had what we needed. The outdoor area is incredible with loads of toys, many places to hang out. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Overall a great stay.

This place was so beautiful. My family and I loved the seclusion and the view. Very nicely kept as well.

You can’t beat the location of this house. The view is amazing and we caught some beautiful sunsets. The beach is small but you only share it with the people renting the other houses. It’s perfect for the number of people who have access. There was also plenty of space outside with multiple separate seating areas so people can spread out. The house is also within walking distance of several restaurants. We made good use of the kayaks and paddle boards. The bay is more like a lake than the ocean. Not a lot of waves or level change with the tides. It was ideal for kayaking. We also loved that we could bring our dogs and they could swim at the beach. The house itself is satisfactory. Great view from the house. The paint and bedding has been updated since the listing pictures were taken and are an improvement. Some things were a little worn, but this is typical of older beach homes. Especially pet friendly homes. We definitely recommend this place and hope we can come back soon!

This was the perfect getaway for myself and my husband and we were just a walk away from our best friends' wedding! The house was perfect, the view was AMAZING and everything was so clean!

Loved the location. I stayed in the Bayhouse, it was more than enough room and we liked the view from the house. There was plenty of room outdoors and Ray was very friendly. Would recommend to anyone.

So much to report on this place! Managers: Best Ive dealt with in a long time. Very communicative, adaptable & approachable. Most of all they are warm & exude a caring about you & your experience & how they can make it optimal. This includes the grounds & housekeeping staff. Seems like one big family. Property: Outstanding. You feel at home & need for nothing. We brought food from home & I almost felt bad my sister brought so much extra because of how well stocked the kitchen & everything else is. Property is immaculate without being sterile. You truly feel you made the best decision. We stood at Bayhouse & my goodness the photos don’t do it justice in terms of spaciousness & decor. They’ve thought of everything. Overall Experience: I went with some close friends & family for my 40th birthday. We are already planning our next visit. We had our fun & our recovery in this place that felt like home. You do “share” the property but it’s so spacious you really don’t notice. Everyone on our weekend had the same respectful, friendly & inviting vibe so it was almost less then noticeable. Area: Though it feels like your miles from civilization all you have to do is drive off the property & there’s a Walgreens/CVS 2min drive away, restaurants & attractions literally within 15-30min depending how adventurous you want to get. The stay was nice, quiet and exactly what my family needed. We loved how private it was.

There was an issue of being locked out - Tom was VERY quick to respond, but couldn't get us in. We found a slider open and climbed through that way - a spare key should be kept with resident manager. There was only seating for 5 in the kitchen, as well as 5 forks. We had to buy plastic so we could all eat with forks instead of spoons. The hot water in kitchen needs to be labeled so guests know it is reversed. We were left with one roll of paper towels. The cabinet hardware and frig interfere with oven door so it does not open all the way. You cannot open both sleeper sofas - so I feel that the advertising of Sleeps 10 is misleading. A/C worked GREAT! Overall, this was a GREAT unit and would recommend to others

This was our first VRBO experience. We needed a private getaway to truly relax. This place was amazing! The views were unforgettable! We loved all the water activities- my kids learned to paddle board and kayak by the end of the trip. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back! The Bay House has the best views!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We brought our dog and enjoyed playing with her on the paddle boards and kayaking. The house definitely met all our needs and was spotless. Need to keep the bedroom doors open to help with airflow of air conditioning. Not a problem for us. WiFi was slow in the evening. Definitely recommend this home!

Good Morning, the stay was awesome and had a great time. Couple things of notice. The room I stayed in had a TV in it but only would work with DVD's. I would have expected the ability to watch reagualr TV and not be forced to watch a DVD. 2nd thing is the HVAC unit for the unit we stayed in does not have the ability to keep the unit cool. Even at night time the room I stayed in was very warm as well as the main TV area. Always was warm. Tom and Brian were awesome and look forward to coming back soon and enjoy ourselves agian. Rented the bayhouse for the weekend with a few friends for my 30th birthday and it was amazing! The grounds were clean and perfect for social distancing, wish we had more time there! My friends and I are already looking to book again!

Perfect and convenient location. Was able to get great information prior to my visit. Property is great with your own private beach and marina. Paddle boards and kayaks to use. Perfect sunset. Wonderful house with full kitchen, comfy bedrooms and clean bathrooms. We had an A+ experience.
