Location and staff on the reception were really welcome

The cleaning was scheduled for Wednesday, but it was missed by the facility. Checkout was on Saturday and the cleaning was done on Friday, no point. During the cleaning on Friday, the staff added a baby bed (probably for the next guests, but it's not clear why it was put in the day before I checked out), threw ALL the soaps, shampoos and body wash in the trash, and there were no replacements. I had to call the reception to ask for SOAP! The reception, by the way, was nice and delivered the soap, but the situation itself is really weird. The cleaning service completely fails in their duties

Clean and had all the basic amenities for a studio. It was a comfortable stay and the location was about 7-8 minutes from Zaventem train station. There are multiple routes to take the bus to the airport.

Had arrived during weekend and no staff was available to drop off the bag early. Had to wait at the airport for hours before arriving at the place and checking in. That is quite inconvenient if you arrive early and can’t drop off your bag.

It’s very clean and spacious. more than my expectations. highly recommended.

It would have been better if the location of the property was closer to the train station

- You should be very careful to get the entry code before arriving , I was luck that they pick up the phone in the middle of night - Double-check to pay the due ( parking. etc ) before reach the hotel

The room was as expected and pictured. The customer service, however, was exceptional. I left some valuable property in the room upon checkout and the staff (Silke, in particular) are going above and beyond to return the property to me. This task is made more difficult because I left Belgium and an currently in the United States.

I didn't like how the bathroom light was automatic. It made getting up in the middle of the night annoying because there was no way to turn the light off.

Kind staff and really keen to help us with any question, location is great, nice view from the room I stayed. I would definitely stay there again.
