Het interieur was super mooi en het personeel was echt 10/10! Mijn vriend was jarig en ze hielpen super goed met alles te regelen. Het ontbijt was prima, alles wat je nodig hebt was er. De stad is vanaf het hotel ongeveer 7 minuten lopen en de straat waar het hotel zich bevind is heel rustig dus geen kroegen of lawaai! Ik wil het personeel super erg bedanken voor hun enthousiasme en het delen van hun lunch hotspots 🤩

Perfecte locatie, op loopafstand van het centrum. Leuke ontvangst met een glaasje prosecco die je terwijl je wordt ingecheckt heerlijk kan nuttigen in de lobby. Kamers zijn prima, lekkere douche. De parkeerplaats die je regelt van het hotel aan de overkant is ook fijn, wel lastig uitrijden met alle pilaren, maar indien rustig goed te doen. Ontbijt is prima, niet heel veel keuze maar kwalitatief goed.

Returning guests and the hotel is in a great location with easy access to the main city; approx min walk. We had a cosy room as we booked late and the only room available and it was adequate for 1 night at 17m2. Staff always pleasant and excellent customer service. Breakfast is ok with a choice of eggs cooked to your order. Limited cold food with a few meat & cheese selections.

Our Nespresso coffee machine did not function properly and we had to get coffee from the restaurant to bring to our room at no extra charge. All other facilities in the room worked well.

Fantastic hotel, everything was perfect. Staff very service minded. Lovely room, comfortable bed and excellent breakfast.

The roadworks outside although this was outside control of hotel. One small point, the bathroom could use some extra cleaning of the grout in the shower. This area showed sign of wear.

The location of this hotel was great as well as the interior of the hotel and the friendly staff. Really excellant quality of the breakfast and the Michelan restaurant on site. We had a wonderfull experience .Everything is neat and clean and would recommend this hotel for travellers . Amazing hotel.

The staff are welcoming.

The rooms are not very spacious and we can hear the noise from neighboring rooms. The prices for breakfast are expensive regarding what is proposed. No baby chair for the restaurant/breakfast.

Nice hôtel with good Michelin star restaurant

We had a room with no view, Not even worth a 3 star hotel. As if we were in the cellar. we asked to change without succes, and we did not receive any reduction. At the same rate (315€) chose De Witte Lelie or any other hôtel. Staff was totally unprofessional and useless. It’s such a pitty for such a beautiful place.

The overall experience is really nice. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is nice and clean.

The design of the shower is a bit off. The water fluid out from the bottom of the glass door even you close it tight.

Atmosphere was the best ever! Breakfast was very comfy - quiet always and not crowded! Excellent service and polite staff

There was construction going on in the street just below our room so we woke up 7 am the first day. However, the hotel moved us immediately on the other side but in a bit smaller room (which was not very nice).

It has great location. 6 minutes walking distance to Cathedral of Our Lady. The rooms are very clean, coffee is provided and the hotel has a Michelin star restaurant. It is also close Satay restaurant (very good) and Dogma bar (very good).

The fire alarm went off due to some error on both nights in the middle of the night waking us up from deep sleep. Also, walking from Central station to Kipdorp doesn’t feel that nice so would recommend guests take a slightly longer route via Meir - this would help them get acquainted with all the must see places.
