The incredible views of the mountains! The host was wonderful and kind! The room and everything in the hotel was very clean!

My only suggestion is to put a mattress topper on the beds. Beds were fine, I just prefer a softer bed. Otherwise it was great!

Перфектно място за почивка със семейството. Вилата има всичко необходимо, дори повече от необходимото. Въпреки хладното време, при все, че беше месец май имаше работещо парно отопление и се чувствахме комфортно. Домакинята е много мила и отзивчива. Достъпът до вилата е по павирани улици. Има място за паркиране. Гледката към планината е уникална.

Препоръчвам да се ходи с по-висока кола или джип, защото вилата се намира в планинско селце и улиците са стръмни. Това не е негатив на мястото за настаняване, а препоръка към гостите, за по-лесен и безопасен достъп.

I would recommend this stay. Everything had been spotless; the grounds, rooms, linen and bath were all in top condition. The host was very friendly and professional. Pride of ownership shows when staying here. It feels like a home. We especially enjoyed sitting on the terrace for hours as the view is ideal.

Wonderful stay, hosted by a very sweet lady in a mountain village. Beautiful surroundings, perfect as a starting point for hiking day trips, or as a getaway from the cities. The kind lady made us feel right at home, and helped us with everything from coffee to getting a taxi. Take care, and thank you!

two of the bedrooms are on the top floor and might be difficult to navigate the stairs with suitcases

The host of the place are very friendly. Even though we didn't speak Bulgarian or German, and them not English, we could understand each other and the communication was rather pleasant and funny. The room was clean and confortable with a nice view. It situated at the top of the village, not easy to access because it's not well mapped on Google Maps but accessible by car anyhow.

The village of Bachkovo is rather dead so for food probably the best is to go to Bachkovo monastery.
