Great breeze!

Alittle overattive, but new I think. Practice your Spanish before you come. Great view and a little kitchenette!

The location the hosts were nice and gave us fruit as a welcome.

I don’t like to make negative reviews but for this one I need. Me and my partner stayed there because of the reviews. Is very far from superb. One of the pillows had a hair and a stain the looked really bad. The kitchen didn’t had a cooker like it showed in the pictures. The electricity was a mess. We needed to connect the fridge in the sitting room as nothing worked in kitchen, no lights. Also no lights in the toilet. The toilet flush didn’t work properly. The shower was a scary thing. The electric part of the shower was all exposed and mended, also cover in spider webs. There was some decorative lights that didn’t work. For one day there wasn’t electricity at all until late .

Location of the property was good and the bed was comfortable.

We stayed 5 days in the apartment and we don't understand how this place got such high rating. Maybe the owners were nice but we only see them barely when we arrived. Afterwards their son (we think) were there but he was drunk most evenings and nowhere to be seen during the days. We felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable. The room is simple which is okay but they do not pick up the trash or show us where to put it. The bin starts smelling pretty fast and gets full with ants. There are geckos in the room which poop on the bed, which would be okay if they would provide some cleaning or exhanging sheets. They also have a dog which is chained back in the house. Poor thing barks and cries 24/7. We couldn't sleep because of the barking and we felt so depressed hearing the dog's misery all the time. We do not recommend the place.

The best part of staying here is that Hector makes you feel like family. He is such a kind man. He's willing to stop what he's doing to help at any time. We felt safe there because he was always either downstairs or nearby. The location is very ideal. It's right off the main road and I liked how it was kind of central to all of the adventures and activities we wanted to do. The Saturday market was also right along that road as well which was cool! It is a great budget friendly place. You have everything you need. Don't expect it to be luxurious but expect to have everything you need here. Plus you get to look out at the lake from your patio! Great coffee spot! There's a couple good restaurants that are walking distance as well as a tiny "pulperia" to get some basic food for the place. If you're wanting to do all of your cooking here just make sure to bring some groceries from the Mainland as your options will be limited.

The place could use some upgrades but honestly it's so affordable. You can't really complain when you get a whole apartment for such a low cost. :)

The managers are amazing, very nice people. Good food and coffee.

Hector and Isabel are lovely people. Every morning they brought me a delicious breakfast, traditional, fruits or pancakes. Alle fresh and natural. Hector even caught me a fish one day and prepared it. They were so sweet and helpfull and the location is central on the island. Had a great time here.
