Breakfast was ok but the same everyday.
On most of the days I was the only guest there so that was good in one way
Can't fault the staff who were all very friendly and accommodating and helpful especially the lady at reception, I think her name was Priya?
I stayed in a suite on the 4th floor which was very nice. However the hotel does have an issue with cockroaches as several were spotted in the corridor and some mosquitoes in the rooms. I saw one cockroach in my room which ruined my stay a little.
With breakfast, on at least one day there was no Buffett available due to lack of guests so that was disappointing. Also for the same reason I imagine, when dining in in the evenings, alot of the items were not available.

Location is good. We did not take breakfast
No hot water. No response from staff at front desk or house keeping when contacted early morning. No one picked the phone. Only one bath towel provided for two guests.

Attitude of the front office, specially towards the people who have done the online booking. When I checked in they said, because you have booked online check in 12 noon and check out 12 noon because of online booking. ( I checked in by about 7.45pm) Otherwise it's 24 hours from the time of check in I believe. I couldn't understand the logic. I said I need time upto 2.00 pm and finally with lots of difficulty they agreed. And they confirmed my tariff as 5,600/ that was with all taxes. Buy when I checked out by 1.30 pm they had marked my tariff as Rs.6000/. They said it's because of taxes. I had to again explain and tell them to get my actual tariff. Not at all a good experience.

I didnt had the breakfast, the location is ok nearby have shops to look for daily needs, Enough parking space available
Toilets are not clean, toiletries are very limited.

Spacious Room. Excellent. Fast service, checked In within seconds. I have only one concern - The room is not sound proof (Door), We could hear all the sound from corridor, even from the next room. And We didn't get the brake fast because We left around 5.30 am.

This is Covid Time, so they arranged breakfast from another Hotel.
Cleanliness of the Chair and the Lift was not adequate. Need a lot of cleaning .
