They made my wife and me wait in their non-AC, humid, open reception area of the hotel for one hour due to their check-in time protocol. I have never experienced such a very poor treatment at any hotel I have stayed in around the world, whether booked directly or through booking.com or any other OTAs. They even demanded half a day's charge for checking in one hour early. This unwelcoming approach made our stay at the property distressing. Considering I spent over Rs. 25,000 for just two nights for two people during the off-season, their behavior was completely unacceptable. Our trip was ruined by this experience. Additionally, during my frustrating wait, I was unable to see any guests checking in, and it seemed the property was hardly occupied.

Generally a good facility. Staff members were very professional in their approach.

Definitely room service. It has to improve considerably. Both of us were very much dissapointed on this count. One of the reasons could be shortage of staff at busy hours. Must put in effort to find out the weakness in the system and remedial measures are taken by taking staff into confidence. Any investigation on this subject must be in a "blame free" atmosphere to get the better results.

Nothing much

Cleanliness was pathetic. It seems to be an old cottage and the AC was just terrible. Not a lake facing cottage eventhough i booked one. Straightaway the view was blocked by coconut trees

Very nice personnel at the travel and customer affairs desk Pool area is nice and lunch and breakfast were good as well

A few areas were not super well kept in shape such as the pool bathrooms and the hallways

I didn't like a single thing about this property.

I have booked a deluxe room from the booking site but they gave us standard room without any facilities. In the reception they not even informed us regarding the room .

The way the breakfast was handled, they won't allow you to eat peacefully even after letting you enter for breakfast at 10:20, knowing very well that you cannot finish your meal in10mins which is the time they clear the buffet out.
