The cleaners/management company locally did an awful job before we got there. Owners need to replace some broken furniture and household items as well as the torn shower curtain and torn sofa bed!

Location, plenty of towels

We loved our stay here! Clean, beautiful surroundings and close to beach! Water views of the Bay are amazing! Kitchen has everything! Bed was very comfortable for us! Very close to shopping and great restaurants. I rented a bike and rode everywhere!

This is a recently-built house with excellent location in Falmouth. It has a nice view of Great Pond and is adjacent to a very pleasant 1 mile walk to the ocean along the pond. Comfortable for 4 people -- the second full bath is convenient. The kitchen has what you need with modern appliances. I'm giving the house only 4 stars because the owners need to furnish the property better than a cheaper airbnb. Beds are low budget, and most of the furnishings come from Walmart, IKEA or a yard sale. When you have a nice house, furnish it like a nice house.

We stayed here in 2019 when it was newly built. It’s still a great place to stay. The view of the pond was amazing. It’s nice to have a second floor balcony. The neighbors are quiet. There’s some traffic due to being located next to boat landing, but not bad at all. The walk to beach is a little far (1 mi), but straight down the road. The place is clean, but could be a little cleaner. We had to vacuum the rug on first floor due to crumbs. Several light bulbs need to be replaced. The refrigerator and freezer need a good cleaning. There are 4 beach chairs located in basement, which is a nice touch. The bed in master bedroom is new since we last stayed. They need a new couch! Otherwise, another great stay. We plan to come back, although I noticed daily rates are climbing since last (I suppose that’s the trend everywhere).

Fantastic location, nice open and bright home and solid amenities. But… the bed may have been the most uncomfortable and annoying one in New England. Should have known better after seeing this mentioned as the only downside in other reviews. Tried the air mattress the second night but it has a leak and had to wake up to add air several times - not our ideal relaxing experience. Other than the bed situation, all was great. Would book again if this is ever addressed.

Bella Luna was even better than anticipated. The view outside overlooking Great Pond was was beautiful and the walkable trail was unexpected and delightful. We walked multiple times per day. The home was cozy and clean and in a great location of Falmouth.

Right next to the pond and walking trail. Boat launch nearby. We were able to cook without buying basic condiments. Beds were very comfortable. It’s near everything we wanted to visit including downtown Falmouth, Woods Hole, and the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. Definitely would return here on our next Cape Cod visit.

What a great house in a perfect spot for our family of 6 (🐶)! Close to shops, beaches, ferry to MV and more. Great layout perfect for our stay- had all we needed to enjoy the week. Lovely views of and walk to Great Pond for memorable sunsets. Would definitely recommend. 😊

Overall stay was very good. Thei location is good, overlooking the water of Great Bay. Place is nice with the exception of the beds, definitely not comfortable.

Location and cleanliness were great! Furniture is dated, stools too rickety, so not able to sit and eat at kitchen counter. Also, bed and day bed very uncomfortable. Should notify ahead that guests are asked to remove shoes, so they can pack slippers.

Bella Luna is just the right size for a family of 3 plus a dog. We rate it a 4.8 out of 5 stars, It has great views of the pond, and the upstairs deck is nice, We love that it is near a pond with a 1-mile walking trail that leads to the ocean. Our dog loved her morning walks here. We were glad that it had a basement where we could shelter until a tornado warning passed. The kitchen is very good; we cooked dinner most nights, and the only utensil missing was a potato masher. The only reason we did not rate this place 5 stars—the beds are less than comfortable and could use better mattresses. Otherwise, it is a terrific home base for beach and hiking vacations.

The house was very clean and location was very convenient to the beaches and many restaurants. We walked the trail along the shoreline every morning and we had many great conversations with many wonderful residents. The only thing that was disappointing was the master bed was very uncomfortable and also the pull out bed in the couch was awful. We had to sleep on an air mattress to avoid sleeping on the pullout.

This was a great place to stay. Negatives were only that we were unable to check in on time because cleaning crew was still there when we arrived, and Vacasa was stingy with trash bags. Local manager was good and responsive. Location was a bit far from town to walk but easily bikeable. Lovely path to walk about 1 mile to beach along water, with boats and birds to watch on the way.

Great location and view should clean up backyard (leaves) etc and put chairs out there

We recently stayed at Bella Luna for the weekend to attend a family wedding. The house was spotless when we arrived. Easy check-in/check-out. Plenty of room for 5 adults. Location was perfect. Sunrise from the upper deck was amazing!

Great house. Seems to have been recently renovated. Very clean and well kept. Highly recommend.

This is a beautiful home, exceptionally clean. I really enjoyed our stay and found it was well organized with good amenities. The Wifi worked well enough to support my streaming classes while my husband watched TV. The only downside was the mattress in the main bedroom was extremely old and thus had no support and anytime my husband moved in bed, I was woken up. I hope they replace the mattress in there soon because otherwise it is a fabulous property.

The home was clean and very well equipped with just about all that you could need for a vacation. Location is perfect, especially if you are into boating or just want to walk along the bay. The view of the bay is refreshing as well. I would stay here again! My only complaint would be if they could upgrade there mattresses to more of a higher end hotel version. They weren't the best, but not the worse. Just a personal preference.

House was beautiful. Gorgeous kitchen. Only suggestion is that the Living room furniture was “tired”. Very pretty but have seen their days. Maybe a real bed in second room (Trundle bed not great for adults (someone gets the floor). Bar stools instead of counter stools was uncomfortable. Other than those suggestions, a lovely place. Left a day early.

Very clean, great location We were very comfortable It was a rainy weekend so we couldn’t do a whole lot of exploring but will definitely be back.

The location and functionality of the property was great. This was my first time having Vacasa as the property manager and the experience felt cold; not as welcoming as when hosts handle questions, etc. Also, one of the bathrooms wasn't clean. Otherwise, the house and our vacation experience was excellent.

There were 4 adults checking in. At check in we found the trundle bed in one bedroom was missing 2 rollers so we were unable to use that bed. Had to use and sleep on an air mattress for 4 nights. When pulling out the bed on the couch, it wasn't made up and had stains all over the pull out. The house also has a bad ant problem - Kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything we purchased to have in the house, food and drink all had to be refrigerated. This was all brought to the attention of the Property Manager - Daniel Becker. Voice messages, texts with no response. The house is quaint and nicely located. I would hope that the owners of this house take a good look at the Management and Cleaning of their house. Thank you.

Quiet but beautiful location

Very nice, and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. Other than the house not being cleaned upon arrival (which was quickly rectified after notifying property management), it was a nice getaway.

The home is beautifully built. The location is unbeatable. Unfortunately all the furniture is cheap and old, so all the seating and beds are quite uncomfortable. I asked for a late checkout, but never received a response.
