Indonesian staff member at the restaurant for breakfast was really friendly

2 days in a row (from the 6 days) maintenance had to come in the room at 10,00 to repair/carry out maintenance on the airco in the room. Each night there was a noise coming from the airco (crackling) and the airco was not cooling the room that well so sleeping was a bit uncomfortable.

EVERYTHING! The room was huge with a bathtub overlooking a square. Beautiful beds and bedding and a huge bathroom with massive shower. They left us water and chocolates and an awesome gift bag for kids with ribber duckies! I mean my kids loved the whole experience. Breakfast was sick. Salmon, cheeses, cereals and meats and the BEST APPLE RUM RAISIN PIE I've had in my life. The 13th floor Vane restaurant is the most beautiful place to have your coffee and staff was exceptional. MASJA THANK YOU for the recommendation for the Speelpark de Splinter for kids, we loved it! This is the BEST hotel I've stayed in for a while where service, quality lodging and location are all 10/10. Bravo guys! Eindhoven was made perfect due to our stay with you

It was PERFECTION!

I loved this hotel from the moment I was greeted by the fantastic front of house staff. Very sweet and professional. The room was gorgeous and spacious. Breakfast was great.

Lack of soundproofing means if you’re not out partying in the weekend, you’ll be hearing all those who are until 2/3am if on the lower ground floors facing the street.

The hotel is at an excellent location to discover the city. Staff is friendly and everything is well organised. Rooms are very modern and equipped to standards. You can have rooms with an impressive bathtub with good view on the city. The rooftop bar and restaurant really tops it of.

Although the rooftop bar is a must visit I was a bit disappointed by the price/quality of the cocktail bar. I was expecting much more variety, also the cocktails were small given their relative high price.

the cleaners basically don’t clean at all. to wash is impossible. the quality of wash is really bad.

Lovely staff, lovely room they left bath stuff for the kids it was so nice. But best of all amazing breakfast I stayed in another hotel the day after in another city and it wasn’t half as good as here. I would love to stay again. It was 5 min from train station in the centre of the city. Free sweats at reception. Fab place thank you

Nice staff

No parking. We came with two cars. We paid an extra 20 eu for parking. The hotel across does have one, pullman has one but nh doesnt? Its weird but okay. We came in and had to wait almost an hour before we could get in our room. We have ramadan so every hour counts. We were very hungry and tired.

Just as we arrived we entered the pretty lobby that smelled amazing. We were welcome by very nice receptionist and our room was even ready before the check-in time. The room itself was amazing, very spacious and super clean. Everything was perfect and I was very pleasantly surprised by the bathroom with double sink. What I enjoyed the most was the shower, it was amazing with great smelling shower gel. Overall perfect stay, definitely stayiny here next time I visit. Could not recommend more.

Great location

Despite reserving a double bed, I was given a twin bed which was not very comfortable. Additionally, I was disappointed to find that there were some essential items missing in the bathroom.
