I loved everything. The staff so welcoming, and considerate. It made me feel like I’m visiting a family friend. The host welcomed us, gave a mini tour of the room, asked what time we want our breakfast, suggested things to see in Eindhoven.
The room was very clean, and had a rich interior design with multiple windows.
The breakfast was amazing, it had everything freshly made. The chef was super kind and sweet. He kept asking if we wanted anything, also suggested things to do in Eindhoven.
Maybe the channels on the tv could be expanded. :P

Das Frühstück wurde privat serviert und war sehr lecker. Es gab Brötchen, Croissants, Brot, frisches Ei, frisches Obst, Wurst, Käse, Aufstriche, Gemüse, frischen Kaffee und Cappuchino, Orangensaft und vieles mehr.
Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit, man hat sich direkt wie ein Freund gefühlt. Das Zimmer war super ausgestattet inkl. Regendusche, kostenlosem Kaffee, Tee und Minibar. Die Betten waren individuell verstellbar. Parken war im unmittelbaren Umfeld für ca. 6€ pro Tag möglich.

Large, nice decorated room with balcony, excellent breakfast, friendly and kind owners makes you feel like you’re at home. They gave us a ride to the bus station which was very helpful.

We are really happy that we stayed in this place.
The house is cozy and well decorated. There is a lovely terrace with parrots and small pond with fish. We were having a breakfast there.
As for the room, everything was clean and the bed was really comfortable.
Hosts are nice, and truly hospitable. We had interesting conversations during breakfasts. Hosts were open to adjusting breakfast time and menu for vegetarians.
We can highly recommend, that was amazing stay.

Perfect breakfast in both quantity and variety. Peter and Ruud are the perfect B&B owners: they are attentive, helpful, and have arranged their typical Dutch house with very good taste. I could only recommend.

Super lovely hosts that run the place. They were so kind, giving us tips and help navigating the city. Made a delicious breakfast. And even drove us to the station. We had a really superb stay! Shame we couldn't stay longer!
Honestly, there's not much to say about dislikes. The stairs were a bit steep getting to the rooms, and I wouldn't recommend climbing those after a few drinks.

Hosts friendly and cheerful, ready to go out of their way to help. Room spacious, very clean and very comfortable. Breakfast varied, plentiful and very good. Decor interesting, with original art as well as careful touches of light and freshness.

we stayed for one night in this wonderful typical Dutch structure. the host friendly and extremely available, we felt pampered. If we return to Eindhoven we will definitely choose this hotel. Clean and well equipped room with all comforts, fantastic international breakfast. Highly recommended

after more than 15years on booking,com, this was one of the few times I booked BnB. no regret at all. walking distance from Eindhoven city center and there is a nice park nearby. I got the bedroom with balcony, cozy and beautiful though I could not enjoy the balcony. it’s winter. Peter and Ruud were friendly and helpful. Peter offered to clean up my windshield from ice/snow when he was doing his.

We enjoyed our stay at Florentino. The gracious hospitality of the hosts made my husband and me feel welcome as guests in this home. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet and clean. Thank you for your great hospitality, warm conversations, and delicious breakfast! We’re grateful that we spent the time at this wonderful place.

Had a perfect stay in a very nice room with a balcony, tea, coffee and good breakfast. The house is in a quiet street close to the centre.
Very lovely hosts that made me feel welcome and gave me some nice tips on what to visit in the city.
Would stay here again on my next visit.
